I was genuinely impressed by this place. So beautiful! The pool is incredible, they had prosecco and limoncello for us and provided several supplies for a successful stay. I would 100000% come back here!

We enjoyed our stay at Il Casellino. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Super clean and very friendly host. Not a walkable location so driving a car is a must to come and go, nearest stores and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away but very worth it if you are looking for amazing panoramas. The pool area was better than the pictures!

We (2 couples) had a wonderful time at the Lazy Oak Villa. The booklet in the house had great recommendations for dinner in Loro Ciuffenna. We did wine tastings at 2 family vineyards located very close to the villa- Morandi Organic Winery with Denis and Società Agricola Caspriano with Simona. Highly recommend both. One of our couples was celebrating an anniversary and Mario arranged for a chef to come to the villa and prepare a traditional Tuscan meal. It was beyond words! The pool was pristine and such a great bonus with the summer heat.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The home and the grounds were magical! The beauty of the property and stunning, endless Tuscan views are unmatched. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor eating areas and relaxing by the pool. Located within a short distance to the town of Greve and the walled city of Montefioralle, we were perfectly positioned to enjoy all that the area had to offer. Giovanni was an outstanding host. He left us a detailed packet with all the information we needed as well as all of the best places to visit and things to do in and around the area. He was responsive and helpful, taking care of any issue we had quickly and efficiently. Living spaces and bedrooms were spacious and generously appointed. We would absolutely return!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house! From the minute we arrived we felt right at home. The house is spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort, with a beautiful location and lots of peace. The communication with Paola, Enrico and Lia was excellent – they were always available, friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The area is beautiful, overlooking the vineyards and plenty of opportunities to relax or go out. In short: a great place for a relaxing and carefree vacation. We'd love to come back!

A stunning property, completely private and quiet. Large outdoor heated pool was well maintained with perfect outdoor eating and sitting areas. We ate out on the terrace every night. Luc recommended the closest Osteria which we all loved, and also recommended the spot to see those iconic views of Tuscany with the avenues of cypress trees. All 6 of us had joyful experience. Highly recommended.

This was my second stay at Cristiana's place and again, it exceeded expectations. The views from the home are pure Tuscany. Christiana is a generous host, providing a fully equipped kitchen, local olive oil to sample while there, and very comfortable, clean living spaces. As a host, Cristiana went above and beyond helping us with a difficult travel situation. She was prompt with her communications, researched solutions for us, and provided resources to help make our stay enjoyable. I can't thank her enough. I hope to return again next year.

Laura was an amazing host and made sure we knew all the details of the house and was very responsive if we had a question. The house itself is gorgeous and so are the surroundings. Highly recommend staying here as a home base in the Tuscany area! We visited many surrounding cities as well as a winery 40 minutes south. We would also recommend the restaurant Nuevo Ranch right done the street! Wonderful!

We were a group of 8 staying at Villa Il Castellaccio and it was the most amazing experience. Leonardo was very helpful leading up to our stay helping plan a night with a private chef dinner. The food was some of the best we had! The Villa was private, more than enough space for our group and the grounds around the pool was always pristine. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place. Our group already discussed coming back again and staying longer. Thank you Leonardo!

The property was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners of the property , Claudio and Angelica, are helpful and delightful. However, the “host” BoMVillas , who acts as a middleman, was rude and disrespectful when we had a miscommunication. I would not make another booking that was offered by BoMVillas.

La Vignaccia is wonderful. We were a family of 6 adults plus a baby, and the set up was great for spending time together but also having plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a large group and the many private spaces were very relaxing. Working remotely was possible with the wifi but not super strong for calls. However there is 5G around the house, so hot spotting from a window worked fine.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful setting to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday. Our week was perfectly balanced between visiting nearby Montalcino wineries & surrounding villages, a day trip to Siena, and lazing about the pool & villa. Monica was kind, generous & helpful from the time of booking. She accommodated all requests and even left a gift for my partner to celebrate his birthday! Will be back! Would rate this 6 stars if we could.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.

Our stay at the 70's house was a highlight of our stay! Lorenzo and Nathalie were such warm and hospitable hosts: from the moment we arrived, greeting us at the property with their little ones, to helping us arrange transportation from Florence to San Donato and to our other planned excursions, to setting up reservations at the local Michelin recommended Tuscan restaurant. For the home itself, our first impression was that it was immaculately clean, and the interior touches are inspiring and unique. Each room is comfortable and has its own personality. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and the cook-out area, getting competitive over late-night games of ping-pong, and listening to the birds (most note-ably the Cuckoo bird!) in the morning over Moka coffee. A car is recommended in Tuscany to get the full experience, though the medieval town of San Donato is only a 10 minute walk away. We did this walk several times a day as we fell in love with the charm of this little town.

7 of us stayed a week at the Villa. It was all we could hope for. The central location between Siena and Florence was perfect. We settled into a rhythm of walking to San Donato for coffee early in the morning, driving to somewhere mid morning until mid afternoon (Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti were all SUPER convenient), pool in the afternoon, and then dinner in the evening. So the villa and location were great, but the real differentiator was Tiziana herself. She was so helpful! She helped us understand how much of what we read on the internet was real and how much was fake. She made dinner recommendations and actually called and made reservations for us. She was always available and helpful. She is THE BEST!

We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

Staying in this villa in Tuscany was an absolute dream come true! The place is beautiful – surrounded by picturesque hills, full of peace and Italian charm. The villa itself is decorated with great taste, very clean, spacious and fully equipped – we lacked nothing. And the pool? A wonder! Perfect for relaxing with a view of the Tuscan landscapes, especially at sunset. We would like to especially thank the host – for the warm welcome, helpful tips and cordiality we felt throughout our stay. This place has a soul, and the atmosphere is conducive to true relaxation. A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

Cristiana and Mauro were the most friendly hosts. They made us feel immediately comfortable and set us up for a great stay at their wonderful home, offering some fabulous nearby dinner recommendations, as well as directing us to local grocery stores, and train stations for easy day trips into Florence, etc. The farmhouse is beautiful and brimming with character throughout, offering spectacular views over Vicchio. The private swimming pool is bigger than the photos suggest, and not too deep - the kids loved it. The hot tub allows you to sit back and drink in the peaceful Tuscan views. The sauna was a great touch, which we enjoyed throughout our stay, along with the pool table/games room. The outdoor terrace is large and great for a BBQ. The road leading up to the house is a fun drive - we rented a 4x4 (highly recommended if you are planning to stay here) that made it relatively comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely like to return as there is so much more to explore there!

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here. The villa is beautiful and the surroundings are stunning. The villa, immaculate and well decorated, is perfect for relaxing, with lots of different areas inside and outside to sit or recline, and the pool is perfect for a dip. The owners are really friendly, very helpful and were extremely accommodating to all our needs. The local town of Pescia is pleasant and has all of the amenities you will need to make your stay comfortable, such as a very smart supermarket (Esselunga) just a 3 minute drive away. Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Siena are all within driving distance, or you can take a train from Pescia. I do recommend hiring a car, as this allowed us to take smaller trips to some places that became our favourties, such as Monte Carlo, that would have not been possible without a car. This Airbnb is ideal for couples, romantic holidays, relaxing and exploring Tuscany. Again, it's the best I've ever stayed at!

The proximity to San Gimignano and other Tuscan destinations was convenient. Each day felt magical! Just sitting on the patio was amazing! An unforgettable destination and experience!

Enjoyed Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena but always great to come back to our Tuscan home! Silvia gave fantastic recommendations - pasta making at Ristorante de Beppino and in house chef Beppe highlights. Also loved Monterosola winery tasting. Very highly recommend. One of the best!
