Reynaldo was very clear, communicative, and friendly. The place was well kept and clean. I was very surprised to see how many amenities and toiletries were available in the room, so that was really nice to see.

Quiet cozy cottage by the beach, Cecile was great, very responsive and flexible for us. The house was very clean and in a great location close to beautiful beaches. Highly recommend this place you won’t regret it!

Will definitely stay again if I ever come back this way. I wanted a place that had a private pool and was pet friendly. I got both. The neighborhood is peaceful. The house is very spacious and clean. One downside, there is no tv in the master bedroom but that was fine too. Don’t need to be in bed with a pool like this one. Thank you for allowing me to stay.

Check in was easy and the house was super clean. The backyard is really cool, feels like you are at the beach with the tiki bar. Definitely would come back.

This is the cleanest airbnb I’ve stayed at. SPOTLESS. Neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. Scott was super friendly and communication was A+++++ Highly recommend Scott’s place.

We had a lovely stay at the Gecko House, Unit 1. Everything in the house was comfortable and clean. We loved the neighborhood. It was great to have the park right across the street for walking the dog. The walk downtown was just perfect. Robert made everything easy! Thanks so much.

Place is Amazing family had fun in the pool and soaked in The sun, had fun with the ping pong and great features, close to Bradenton beach which is my favorite place now, would come back for sure.

The place was spotless when we arrived. Andrew was always super nice and ready to answer any questions we had. He was flexible with the check-in time and the house’s location was very good. We took dogs and they loved the backyard. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who needed a stay near Anna Maria Island!

Maggie’s place is perfect!! So convenient to everything you need!! Everything in house that you would need and also everything you need to go to the beach!!! Maggie is very fast to responding to any questions you have!! 5 star for sure!!

We enjoyed staying here. Such a comfy home. Beds were great, showers were amazing! I cannot stress this enough. The water pressure is amazing 😂. It’s just a big deal to me. I took a shower as much as possible bc the showers are so awesome. The beds are really nice and comfy too. I hope I can stay here again. Nice area. We took walks every night and enjoyed a pickleball court that is right there close. Enjoyed the pool as well. Highly pleased. Thank you Rob ☀️☀️

Tatsiana was an amazing host! This Airbnb was very charming and we felt right at home! The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean! This listing is great for solo travelers and families alike! Lots of thoughtful additions like bikes, beach chairs, pool floats and beach towels!

This was my first time going with an home instead of the normal hotels. Our hostess was great ! Right from the start he was accommodating, the home was big, and cleaned, nice size pool the area we stayed at was beautiful! Close to everything. Our vacation was amazing! We can’t wait to come back!

The house is beautiful and modern. Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and great room. Nicely decorated, and plenty of natural light. The screened in porch looking over the water and right off the great room was where we spent every morning with our coffee. The bathrooms were modern and well appointed. Large towels for both the bathrooms and the pool. The real gem is the pool/ hot tub area. We stayed six weeks and had most of our grandchildren- nieces and nephews stayed with us for a week at a time. They never left the pool, and their parents never left the hot tub. Both of them had digital controls that we controlled- a real plus. There was nice lounging areas that showed signs of hurricane damage but it was minimal and expected. The next greatest thing we witnessed was an extremely responsive host. Keriann was the best host we have ever encountered. Something missing had it that day, something broke it got fixed within two days and she listened to what we thought would make it better.

The location is beautiful, plenty of waterfront to enjoy, we fished right off the sea wall every day. We saw dolphins, manatees, sheephead, stingrays and beautiful sunsets. There is a fire pit near the water which we enjoyed. The pool was clean and the perfect way to cool off after fishing. The house is very well set up for a family, we all had plenty of room to spread out. My daughter couldn’t stop talking about the awesome water pressure in the showers. We had a wonderful time, never left the property.

A great place for a couple. Everything was very clean and there were even cleaning supplies there to assist you with cleaning behind yourself. Mary was very fast with responding to any problems or questions we had during our stay. She was able to accommodate a second parking space for us. There was some maintenance trouble but Mary was able to get it looked at and repaired in less than 2 hours. Overall a great place for a great price and a great host!

Great home and location with all the amenities that we needed. We walked and rode our bikes all over, and enjoyed the local restaurants.

We wanted to be very close to Anna Maria island and this place didn’t disappoint at all. Cute little duplex in a great location- close to plenty of restaurants and straight shot to the island. Backyard was perfect for my service animal as well. We enjoyed our stay at Alan’s.

Andrea was responsive & friendly. Location is FANTASTIC! Perfect for us & our dogs. LOVE the fenced in yard making it easy to take them out. Will definately stay with Andrea again if back in the area.

Gloria's place was perfect for our needs! It accommodated us and our 2 dogs well with peaceful outdoor areas and easy access to water activities. Wish we could have spent more time enjoying the area!

This unit on the Manatee River was beautifully decorated and had a fabulous view. We hit Florida at a time when the weather was near perfect, so I spent a lot of time in the swinging chairs outside, reading and watching the water. The beach is an easy 10 to 15 minute drive and the grocery store is convenient, too.

Apartment was exactly as described. Clean, modern, and comfy. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks and the nature watching was fascinating. Alligators, turtles, birds and fish jumping out of the water. The home was comfortable and included everything one would need. The Wi-Fi was solid for zoom calls and remote work. The kitchen had every dish, pot, utensil for cooking. The AC worked great and the beds were super comfy. The host replied quickly to every question. I would stay here again. 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was one of our favorite stays!! Such a beautiful home, clean and cozy. The hosts are so friendly and responsive! Close by to so many amazing beaches and restaurants and fun things to do. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!
