Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Palm Valley

Everything is exactly as pictured but the space is smaller than it appears in pictures-especially the bathroom. For the price, location, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, we had everything we needed and the host was wonderful! Clean and comfortable.

Victoria's place was a great find. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to historic downtown. The tandem bike was a nice surprise (although my husband and I weren't brave enough to try it). The apartment was spotless. Highly recommend.

Overall 5 Stars. Fantastic unobstructed view of the ocean and literally just steps to the pristine beach. Place was super quiet, safe, and clean. Great for a weekend getaway. Advice for future guests (not to be taken as criticism to the host): Bring bug spray. I wish we were better prepared for the sand flies on the balcony (dusk/dawn & night). Bring your own beach gear (beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella/tent). I would recommend this place to anyone.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

My family kept saying throughout our stay “great find mom!”. The location was perfect. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! The place was clean and very cozy! The kitchen was well stocked and there were many extras provided such as beach towels and throws. It was perfect for two couples. Private spaces and we didn’t disturb each other in the morning. The hosts were very responsive to even my most trivial questions! The next time we visit Jacksonville Beach, I will be looking for a Nomad property!!

Angela’s Airbnb property here is quite amazing. A group of us 6 were here to celebrate a dear friend’s wedding and the space was absolutely perfect for us. Had all the amenities needed and was close to stores/restaurants and most importantly close to the beach (10 min walk). The property has quite the charm and frankly I think it looks even better in person than the pictures (though the pictures are great too). I really appreciated Angela’s patience, understanding and communication throughout the trip. Thank you!

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

5 Stars – A Much-Needed Getaway with Comfort and Convenience My family and I planned to be in Jacksonville for medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic and decided to turn the trip into a bit of a getaway. We’re so glad we chose this Airbnb—it was the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. (Though note to self: next time, I’ll remember to bring my 13x9 pan for baking brownies!) The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated how clean and inviting the space was. The pool was a huge plus—clean and well-maintained, with plenty of chairs for lounging and soaking up the Florida sun. The location was excellent—quiet yet convenient to everything we needed, including the Mayo Clinic. The hosts provided some great restaurant suggestions. We tried Jax Beach Brunch Haus and found it to be delightful-- great lattes, delicious pancakes. We would definitely stay here again!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would!!! Our sweet rescue, Waylon, gave it 5 paws also! The house was even better than described and the location is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle! Greg and Megan were perfect hosts, very responsive and helpful. For peace and serenity to enjoy God’s creation, this is the place!

Natalya’s property was very satisfying! We enjoyed the entire stay. It had everything we could possibly need, very well stocked. It was very pleasant, and gave a warming atmosphere. Everything was clean and well presented. The heated pool area was my favorite. It was a very relaxing experience! I will definitely book this property again! My family and I loved our stay at Konti's house. The house had a lot of updates in the interior. Big kitchen with all the utensils, big master suite, and great pool! Only a few blocks from the beach. The whole team responded quickly any time of the day, even when I couldn't find the pool light switch. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Nicki’s apartment in the St. Augustine area. Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood and the pool was great. Very clean and quiet building and helpful instructions for getting in. It worked well for us as we have family in the area. Would definitely stay again.

The condo is within a few minutes drive to downtown with great eateries and shops. The condo is very clean and tidy. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!!

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

What’s great place. Location views and comfort. Also the touches they did with beach chairs, umbrella, cart, and toys. Beach towels eveything you need in a kitchen but some welcome extras.

Had a great stay in Jax Beach. As a local to the area I knew this was a great choice for a spur of the moment stay. Close to local activities. Nicole provided a fantastic list of local restaurants. Being right at the beach with choice of time in the ocean or enjoying the pool was priceless.
