Palmasis oasis is a beautiful home, close to the beach, restaurants, et Al. Very clean , and Paul the host could not be any nicer. We had a great time week with our family ! We will come back again.

Seth has truly cultivated a 5+ star home away from home. I had a feeling of Awe when I first walked through the front door. The house is absolutely breathtaking. You can describe the house with so many lovely words. Ones that come to mind are: soothing oasis, high-end, nothing overlooked, private and quiet. The location is perfect. Having bikes to explore the area made us feel like kids again. The beach, shopping and dining are just steps away from the front door. We really enjoyed dinner and sunset at Cap's on the water. Seth was a pleasure to work with, a true professional. We can not wait to come back for a longer stay. One little extra that isn't listed, but I enjoyed so much is the towel warmer in the primary bath....it's all in the details 😀

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amy and Matthew’s place. The beach is quiet, clean and gorgeous. Amy was extremely hospitable and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. The house is fully equiped and the beds were super comfortable! The location is also close to great grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. We will be staying again for sure!

This was a wonderful house to stay at on our trip. The amenities were wonderful and the host was so accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here and will be back!

We use Airbnb all the time, this property ranks right up there with the best! It was bigger and newer than we expected. Super clean and very comfortable. Of course, the highlight is sitting on the balcony sipping wine and watching the continuous parade of humanity walk by. Everything you want is a short walk outside your door. We will be recommending this place to our family and friends!

Honestly I don't even know where to begin, this was one of my mine and my wife's favorite experiences. The pictures do not do this place justice and should be updated to show how spectacular it is. It really is just two houses down from the beach, maybe a 30 second walk to the sand, over the dunes and you're on the beach. You'd have to have a house on the sand to be any better. You can actually see the ocean from the main bedroom in the airbnb and when it was storming and at night before bed that's what we did watched / listened to the ocean. The spot has everything you could thing of needing and the amazing host leaves you a few starter items like eggs, bacon, cinnamon rolls and lots of coffee. This places is also located within LOTS of restaurant options and only a mile from a grocery car so honestly other than going to old downtown for site seeing you don't need a car. My wife and I definitely plan on coming back here next year!!! This place will feel exactly like home.

The place was exactly as the pictures. Bed was nice and comfy and the kitchen and bathroom were clean. The home was furnished beautifully. We would book again.

I had the most amazing experience I had stayed here for a couple days and it was just better than I could have ever imagined. I was truly thankful to have that experience looking out over the bay it was just beyond beautiful perfect everything I needed was all nearby I couldn't ask for anything better. I will always come here when I come back to St Augustine. There are no words that can describe how amazing the experience was when I went there. 🙏❤️😇

I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

An excellent place to stay. Close to downtown. A few restaurants in walking distance. A lot across the another town about 5 to 10 minutes away. A washer, dryer and dishwasher would have made this perfect for longer stays

Joel and Kathy were the most accommodating and helpful hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with at an air bnb. The environment was incredibly homey, we made friends for life in all the other guests that stayed this weekend as well, I made cupcakes for two of the guests that were staying and Kathy bought us eggs for me to use and answered every question I had instantly. There was a fresh pot of coffee every morning when I woke up and everyone would take turns making more if we needed it. The breakfast bar was fantastic not many people would do that for their guests. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying with Joel and Kathy again when we come to visit. The amenities like the pool and hot were also a huge bonus after walking around all day at the festival we attended. And the massage chairs are top notch! I’m definitely going to miss the puppies! Diamond, cooper, and James, will always have a place in my heart! Overall amazing god fearing power couple! Joel and Kathy are amazing hosts!!

Our family of 8 stayed here for one night on our way up north. We are very grateful that this family hostel still exists! This is right downtown in the historic district and so everything is very walkable. Jenny and crew make everything very hospitable with a game for the children to play when they check in, games in the tv room and pancakes made for everyone in the morning. :) Great for a family that wants to explore St Augustine.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. They always asked if there was anything they could do for us. The Breakfasts were just what we needed to start the day full of walking and enjoying old town St. Augustine. We enjoyed being able to walk about town but return to 44 Spanish Street to rest, reading books in our room or out on the upper porch. The charming location was perfect because it was quiet but we could walk a couple of blocks to get involved with the night-life. We would stay there again.

Gracious host with a large knowledge of the area and things to do. I felt at home and appreciated his hospitality. I will be returning. Even the living room common space was a such a vibe.

We loved this place. Perfect location. Can walk to tons of places and the breakfast and coffee in the morning was spectacular. Will definitely come again for our next staycation :)

Had a fantastic stay! The Joel and Kathy was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. The place was spotless, exactly as described, and had thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

What can I say about this stay except…. Aaahhhh Bliss! So relaxing and comfortable. Joel & Kathy made us feel at home right from the jump. They didn’t hover or make us feel like visitors. We felt like welcomed friends! So accommodating from milk in the fridge to 6 cereal options for breakfast to allowing late night swimming as long as we were respectful of the noise level for the other guests. It was a great stay and Lordy… that massage chair!! Heavenly!! Will definitely book again next time I’m in the area.

The peace and plenty Inn was very beautiful and calming. It was a perfect getaway for one night and they made us feel very welcome. We were able to walk to the historic district and get some stuff done at night that we wanted to do and we were able to walk back to the Airbnb, order some food and be able to enjoy the rest of our night in the coziness of room seven. ❤️ definitely recommend staying here, especially if you want a peaceful, relaxing getaway.
