Such a great house in a beautiful place! We stayed here for a long weekend, and it was perfect. The house is amazing and the surroundings are gorgeous. The outdoor area, hot tub, ping pong, games, and kitchen make it the perfect place if you want to stay and hang out, but it is also super close to Pagosa, so there's plenty to do. We'll definitely stay here again!

The view from the floating dock was stunning. There was an abundance of wildlife around the lake. There are views from every room facing the lake. It's about 15 minutes from town which is a nice easy drive to the Hot springs or restaurants. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and a good size grill. The hot tub is a nice touch

Great place for family ski trip! Lots of space, amenities and a beautiful deck to enjoy. Location is great for all things in and around Pagosa Springs. Cindy was a great host and was clear in her instructions.

Hi Ohea, Thanks for a great living space. We had a grand time in your nicely appointed home. There was room to be together and also to comfortably have time to ourselves. Many good discussions were held in the "board room" aka the dining room. The time, love and attention to the arrangement, lighting and construction of the infrastructure and furniture was appreciated more than once. Thanks again for having us over. Perfect spot for walking downtown and a nice base for exploring nearby mountains. Coffee was plentiful and we had everything we needed in the kitchen.

Great place to stay! Super walkable to nearby coffee shop & brunch. Had everything you need, and very spacious for only being a studio. Highly recommend :)

Enjoyed my stay here. Place was clean and was a great spot to stay while snowboarding at wolf creek.

Nice place! Very cosy and close to town. We skied at Wolf Creek and only takes about 25 minutes to get to the base.

This is the second time that we have stayed here. the place is super cute and we'll done and in a great location as it's easily walkable to anything in town. We have family in Pagosa Springs and still choose to stay here over the family accommodations. I should also note that our flight was delayed quite a bit and our plans kept changing due to airline issues and Jason was incredibly flexible with our changing schedule. As we have family and property in the area, we do frequent Pagosa Springs and plan to stay here from here on out!

I had 3 units reserved for our whole family of 17, it worked out very well, thanks to Deena for getting us close together and helping with reservations and information I needed.

Great stay for Spring Break - beautiful location in Colorado!

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it an ideal place to relax. The host was attentive and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. The location was convenient and provided everything I needed for a great trip. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future.

The location is great - central location close to everything we wanted to do. The space is nice and wide open. It is rustic but it was super clean. The unit is quite warm as others had mentioned but we made use of the fans and A/C and managed to be comfortable. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great location. Once we were back from skiing we could just park the car and walk everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!

Definitely a perfect place if you want to go to the springs or visit the town without paying the crazy resort fees. Comfortable, well decorated, great shower and laundry available. Was exactly like the pictures. Danielles instructions were perfect, they did not come into my email until right before my reservation which was new to me, but worked out totally fine!

This townhouse is nothing short of exceptional and we couldn't have found a better location with nicer accommodations. No issues with the interior or negative feedback. We clean a lot and it was nice to have all of the utilities available to keep it nice while we stayed. It was also great to have internet access. The owners were available if we needed anything at all times.

I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is super cute and all the furniture is really comfy. Lots of room to spread out. It had a fully stocked kitchen with a nice spice and cooking oil selection as well! Christina left us a sweet welcome note and goodies which were so welcoming! The location is also fantastic and very walkable to so much. I couldn't recommend this highly enough!

I had a good time at the condo and will definitely come back again.

This condo was perfect for our stay. The location is very close to multiple local restaurants that are delicious. We drove up to Wolf Creek to ski multiple days and getting in and out from the condo could not have been easier. The unit itself was very nice. It had two nice sized bedrooms including one king size bed which is unique in my experience on Airbnb. They have a nice comfortable sectional couch that is quite large and easily accommodates multiple people while relaxing. Check in was easy and communication was perfect. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's place. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Also close to restaurants and the grocery store.
