Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Pagosa Springs

Our two families with a bunch of kiddos had an amazing time here! There was tons of things for the kids to do and a nice little hot tub for the adults and a fire pit to make s’mores in. Would definitely stay again.

The views are stunning, such a beautiful home! It was also big enough that everyone could have some personal space if needed.

This was a beautiful home with a fenced yard. Huge projector was a plus and the potbelly stove was a favorite! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Pagosa Springs.

We loved our stay at Lewis & 4th. It was a great location and enough room for our group. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when returning to Pagosa Springs.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is very nice, and the views from the back patio are unmatched. The pictures don’t do it justice. The river is right behind the house making it a dreamy location. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is clean, open and spacious. The only critique we had is that the living room set up makes it tough to gather around the tv. We weren’t there to watch tv anyway, and it didn’t stop us from squeezing in and watching tv before bed. There is a great loft space as well with gorgeous views. It’s the perfect location between the town of Pagosa and wolf creek ski lodge. Linda is very communicative, quick to respond, and the most thorough host I have ever worked with. I would book here again without reservation. It’s a gorgeous house with everything you could ever need and more! It’s better than the pictures!!

We had the most amazing time here! The house is beautiful and so perfect with so many spaces to relax and take in the gorgeous scenery. Our dogs loved the area and the little fenced in part of the yard. The location is the best part being right on the river and not too far from town. We also enjoyed walking the beautiful neighborhood during the day. This place was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back.

Loved this place. Perfect for our family in Spring Break. Our older daughter has space in the MIL suite and the kitchen was great to cook in. Hosts have all supplies you need to feast at home. Short walk to the lake and we are see the sled near the Summit which might have been the peak of our trip. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Perfect for us and our pups.

Great stay. Host communicates very well and gives detailed instructions for check in and check out. Home is clean and roomy. Lots of outdoor space for dog to roam, very quiet and peaceful. Took just a minute to find (Google maps got us close) but the secluded lot was worth the effort. Overall very enjoyable and would certainly book again.

This 3-bedroom place worked great for our group of 6 adults and our many cooking projects. Had everything we needed - blankets, cookware, kettle, microwave and oven and stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms. One bath is in the master suite, fyi. The neighborhood is not walking-friendly, but beautiful and convenient.

Hi Ohea, Thanks for a great living space. We had a grand time in your nicely appointed home. There was room to be together and also to comfortably have time to ourselves. Many good discussions were held in the "board room" aka the dining room. The time, love and attention to the arrangement, lighting and construction of the infrastructure and furniture was appreciated more than once. Thanks again for having us over. Good location, beautiful views, pristine interior. Great for our last minute family trip to Pagosa! Our daughter loved the little kids room with toys. Highly recommend.

Jeff's place is absolutely serene! Beautiful inside and out. We loved having our morning coffee on the porch swing and taking in the views. We were very close to area restaurants, golf course, and trail heads. We would love to stay again when we are back in the Pagosa Springs area.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were amazing. They were responsive, kind, and full of helpful local tips. We especially appreciated the small touches that made the space feel so welcoming, from the comfortable bedding to the well-equipped kitchen. Whether you’re looking to soak in the hot springs, hike in the mountains, or just unwind and enjoy nature, this is the perfect home base. We can’t recommend it enough and would definitely love to stay here again!

This was the perfect place for multiple couples to stay! We all has our own suites and privacy while still enjoying time together in the spacious living room.
