House vacation rentals in Pagosa Springs

Just got home from after an amazing memorial weekend at Ralph and Becky’s place. What started off as a nightmare booking with Airbnb as our original hosts cancelling on us last minute, we scrambled quickly to find something else. Since day one of me reaching out, the hosts and Kimberly the co host were great and responsive and honestly booking here turned into a great dream. I loved how much privacy you have between all 5 rooms and the number of restrooms so it was never difficult to get ready at the same time. The amazing view of the stream and nature off the balcony of the master bedroom was remarkable. We had one slight issue with the fridge( there were two so wasn’t really an issue but wanted to keep them informed) and they responded quickly and also offered a great back up to help out. There were plenty of games on hand, the hot tub worked amazing and just overall a really satisfying stay. Will definitely keep in mind when we are back in Pagosa.

The views are stunning, such a beautiful home! It was also big enough that everyone could have some personal space if needed.

Awesome place to stay. The home was as beautiful as the pictures showed, had everything we needed and more, nice outdoor area, and all we could have asked for. Internet was great, but no cell phone service. It was summer when we were there and a bit hot during the day, but cooled off a bit at night. The host was very responsive to the question we had. All in all it was a very nice place on a long country gravel road. I would recommend this place to someone that needed a place to stay near Pagosa Springs CO.

This is a very nice place to stay within walking distance of the San Juan river, Hot Springs, and many restaurants and shops. Easy to find, get into and out of. Parking in front is tight, but we parked in the back by the garage which worked out great! The home and everything was very clean and well kept, perfect for our family of five. Cheryl was very responsive with checkin, and checked in with me via message to make sure we didn’t need anything. It really felt like home to us. Oh, and the next door neighbor was very friendly too!! Thank you for a great place for us to stay!!!

Katie's house is in a great location. The views are wonderful. Close to town but far enough to see deer and fox in the yard. House is beautiful and Katie was helpful if needed. Never use the hot tub but it looked nice as well. Thank you for having us! We will keep you in mind when we come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pagosa Elevated. It's surrounded on three sides by a tall privacy fence and of course the view out of the back side is exceptional! It feels completely private, yet so close to downtown Pagosa Springs. The home is more beautiful than the pictures show and we had everything we needed to cook and enjoy a few meals in the kitchen. The property was exceptionally clean and hot tub instructional video was super helpful. So fun sitting in the hot tub during the 10+ inches of snow we received over the weekend!

Such a great house in a beautiful place! We stayed here for a long weekend, and it was perfect. The house is amazing and the surroundings are gorgeous. The outdoor area, hot tub, ping pong, games, and kitchen make it the perfect place if you want to stay and hang out, but it is also super close to Pagosa, so there's plenty to do. We'll definitely stay here again!

Jeff's place is absolutely serene! Beautiful inside and out. We loved having our morning coffee on the porch swing and taking in the views. We were very close to area restaurants, golf course, and trail heads. We would love to stay again when we are back in the Pagosa Springs area.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Pagosa Springs! The home was spotless and felt so inviting the moment we walked in. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to extra blankets, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, close to all the best attractions, restaurants, and of course, the hot springs. Whether we were relaxing inside or exploring the area, everything about this place exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Not only was the condo absolutely beautiful and exactly as the pictures show it to be, the hosts literally thought of everything! From a fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), to tons of games for the kids to play, all the way to a bucket of sand to put on the ice outside! We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be back!

Great little place to stay and relax

We had a perfect stay at Sandra's Lovely home. It was all we were looking for: spacious, light filled, quiet, great views, clean and thoughtfully well stocked. We enjoyed it so much that we made an easy decision to return several days later for a longer stay.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is very nice, and the views from the back patio are unmatched. The pictures don’t do it justice. The river is right behind the house making it a dreamy location. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is clean, open and spacious. The only critique we had is that the living room set up makes it tough to gather around the tv. We weren’t there to watch tv anyway, and it didn’t stop us from squeezing in and watching tv before bed. There is a great loft space as well with gorgeous views. It’s the perfect location between the town of Pagosa and wolf creek ski lodge. Linda is very communicative, quick to respond, and the most thorough host I have ever worked with. I would book here again without reservation. It’s a gorgeous house with everything you could ever need and more! It’s better than the pictures!!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Home was just as described and the surrounding area was great. It provided a good spot to get to skiing, hiking ,even hot air balloon. It was a fantastic vacay and hopefully we’ll be back soon!

We had the most amazing time here! The house is beautiful and so perfect with so many spaces to relax and take in the gorgeous scenery. Our dogs loved the area and the little fenced in part of the yard. The location is the best part being right on the river and not too far from town. We also enjoyed walking the beautiful neighborhood during the day. This place was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back.

great location, easy access to mountain hikes and 10 minutes to town center for hot springs, river walk and some great eats. Not to forget an excellent bakery. The house was exactly as described, very comfortable and super roomy. The kitchen was stocked with some of the best cook ware I've seen at any rental which made for some mighty fine home cooked meals. I would definitely stay here again for future visits to the area.

A wonderful home in a beautiful setting, we found everything we needed for our family of 5 adults... and more. Bill and Cindy have created a well-appointed, efficient, and beautiful place to truly relax. We enjoyed the spectacular view from almost every room. Morning coffee and evening meal on the patio provided great opportunities to bond and watch the wildlife. Check in was effortless, and Bill was quick to respond when contacted. We will be back!

Monica was very responsive and proactively communicated before and during our stay. The rental was exactly what we expected and great value. Loved the location with views and walking distance to the hot springs. I'll definitely look to stay here again.

We had a great stay with our group. The football was a huge hit. Very large common areas with a great layout for big groups. The kitchen was big enough for us to cook together. Lots of fun grilling and playing games together.
