Off road parking for one car and a 5-10 mins walk from Padstow Harbour and town. Patio area to the side of the house as well as decking at the rear via bi-fold doors in the lounge.

Off street parking for 2 cars and superb sunny walled garden. Buses run down to harbour regulary at end of the road if needed,Where your find plenty of choices for food and drink or take a walk and capture the beautiful views..or you could hire bikes and cycle the camel trail with its amazing views of the estuary.
