We really enjoyed our stay in the very well-maintained apartments, with good amenities. Good, quiet location and the pretty village of Borghetto and surroundings are within walking distance. Anna as a very friendly hostess warmly welcomed us and recommended good restaurants and shopping. As a family with our adult children and their partners and two dogs, we enjoyed all three residential units Cesare, a nice residential unit under the roof, Ludovico with two sleeping accommodations on the 2nd floor and Viola on the 1st floor, each with their own cooking facilities and bathrooms. I'd love to come back...!

An almost enchanting property. Very lovingly designed. We didn't miss anything. Great for couples who want to relax and enjoy the tranquility. The absolute highlight was the infinity pool overlooking the lake. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend it.

We felt very welcome at Monica’s house. The pool was a big plus during the hot summer days and the garden chairs as well. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The house is also a good choice if you travel by train to Desenzano. We would come back again!

Lovely house. Much nicer in real life than in pictures. Nice to have a garden/terrace and pool for relaxing. Quiet location. A few nice restaurants 10 min walk. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

The house was really perfect for our vacation. The perfect base for excursions to the lake or to nearby cities such as Verona. We looked forward to coming home every evening and enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace with fantastic views. The kitchen is super equipped and you really have everything you need for cooking. If you don't want to cook, there is a pizzeria and a small grocery store nearby. So you don't always have to drive a car. We felt very comfortable and would definitely spend our vacation here again.

The little house in Lina's garden is delightful. Doors open out to beautiful greenery. Lina is a friendly, generous and gracious host. Located a lovely 20minute walk along the river to the Centro Storico, it's a really calm and relaxing place to stay. A real joy. Thank you, Lina.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicola's place. The space was outstanding and the view was a dream. The place is a little elevated and we recommend a car to go to Bardolino. Bardolino is also great with children and dog. It has a dog playground and lots of options for kids. The highlight was the little stroll.

We had a very pleasant stay at Paolo Andrea's apartment. The villa is in a quiet location, clean and equipped with everything you could need. Paolo was extremely helpful, providing us with valuable tips about local shops and attractions. Thanks to his recommendations, our stay was even better. Communication was smooth and quick. We would highly recommend this accommodation!

Great apartment in a great central location in the old town of Desenzano. The apartment is located in a closed backyard, so no street noise can be heard. As described, the apartment is fully furnished and everything necessary is available - even small things for the kitchen/bathroom such as salt, sugar, oil, soap, etc. are available. Matteo also provided water and a small welcome drink! It was almost like coming home! The car can be parked safely and easily in a lockable garage. The old town and the lake/ferry are within minutes walking distance. Matteo welcomed us very warmly and showed us the apartment and the garage. There was also a second key so that my mother and I could go separately if necessary! Matteo also inquired repeatedly during our stay whether everything was okay. Check-out was hassle-free. A clear recommendation! All thumbs up!

It can easily accommodate 5 people. The house was clean and tidy. Kitchen supplies were sufficient to cook many dishes. 15 min walk to Verona Arena, 1.3 km. However, since the route you pass while walking is already on the list of places to visit, it is a pleasant walk. Everything was reasonably sufficient.

Roberto is a great host and the property is excellent for short or longer stays. It is perfectly located out of the way to be quiet but just a short walk to the lake. The grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to visit when the pools were opened and has a great atmosphere.

Beatrice was the most welcoming host ever. It’s hard to say which thing was more impressive - Beatrice’s impeccable attention to detail, the unique architecture or the incredible view. If we could give a higher rating we would. Our plan was to travel more around Italy but opted out and stayed at Punta Dina. If we ever get back to the beautiful, mountainous Lake Garda, Beatrice’s Punta Dina will be the place for us!

Monica is a very nice host, she was always easy to reach and very flexible with check-in and check-out. In addition, she had great recommendations for the area and was also open to questions at any time. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and super clean, you could really feel very comfortable. The village is quiet and free of tourists, but still has everything to offer, from delicious restaurants, bars and many shopping opportunities. Right downstairs in the house, there is a very great ice cream shop. Beautiful places directly on Lake Garda can be reached in just a few minutes.

The apartment is quietly located. Nevertheless, there are shops within walking distance and the historic center is also within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Marco described everything in great detail in advance, so the check-in was very carefree and there were no questions left unanswered. Marco is a great host: he responds quickly, is friendly, open to suggestions for improvement and very solution-oriented.
