We would highly recommend it! Great friendliness and kindness from Lino who took great care of us. His little dog Penny was very welcoming and affectionate. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment, the high quality linens and bath towels, the provision of pool towels as well as the large covered parking. We were able to relax by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking Lake Garda. Ideally located, very close to the boat boarding dock to visit Sirmione in particular. We also recommend the Garda café for breakfast and the Mirabelle sushi restaurant with its roof top located a stone's throw away.

Nice location near lake Garda, just few kms away from the expressway. Apartment equipped with everything needed for a family vacation. Must stay.

Fantastic stay, Luciano let us check in early and met us outside with the keys to show us around. Everything was extremely clean, organised and we were extremely happy, we wish we could have stayed longer. Close enough to the city and to the lake but far enough from the really touristed areas. Luciano also allowed us to stay for a late check out which really helped.

This unít is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the lago di garda area. It is convenient to get to many stunning towns, gardens, and water activities. The unit is clean and stylish. The host is the best we experienced in all of Italy, responsive, helpful, and very thoughtful. Would give 10 stars if I could!

We had a wonderful few days at this place and highly recommend it. The location is ideal – very central to the village, everything is within walking distance: bakery and supermarket. The apartment itself is tastefully furnished, very well maintained and equipped with a lot of love for detail. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace with a magnificent view over the place – in clear weather we could even see as far as Sirmone. Despite its central location, the property is pleasantly quiet. You don't hear any neighbors, and you feel completely undisturbed. The parking space on the enclosed property is also a big plus – secure and only accessible by access code. A very big compliment also to Simona for the clear, friendly and reliable communication. Everything went smoothly – from booking to departure. Although the apartment may seem a bit expensive at first glance, it is absolutely worth its price.

We really enjoyed staying at this place with our two young children (2 years and 3 months). We had taken the travel beds for the kids and there was enough room in the room for the four of us. The pool is great because there are two pools and one is shallower for children. The location is convenient because the lake is within walking distance and there is the port to take the boat for an excursion. The accommodation is very well equipped and products (crockery, laundry, coffee, etc.) are generously provided. Everything was as described and shown in photos. Anna Laura is responsive and caring.

Mariella is a wonderful host! Super nice and always helpful. The place is super nice and you have plenty of space! Kitchen super equipped and even a large refrigerator, which I often miss in other accommodations. I am super satisfied with my stay and will definitely be back!

The host is very friendly and the flat corresponds to the photos. The room is spacious and comfortable. The toilet is private and very good, the kitchen was clean and has a balcony where you can smoke. Check-in was easy and I was looking forward to answering questions quickly. The area is quite far from the center but it is perfect if you are going by car and you want peace of mind that is what we were looking for. Parking is under the floor and is safe. Nearby you have supermarkets like Lidl that opens even Sundays so perfect. everything perfect💚

Ivana was a fantastic host! She took care of everything and assisted me with everything I needed. The apartment is great, it looks exactly like the pictures, and the best part is the area in which it's situated. It's super close to the train station and also to the lake. I really recommend it! :)

We loved staying at this place! It was all as described, just a quick 5min walk to the beach and 10-15min to the city center! Couldn’t ask for more!

A perfect stay in Verona. The location of the apartment is central enough to reach everything comfortably on foot, but also quiet enough to relax well due to the courtyard location. The apartment itself was modern, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We would like to highlight the extraordinary friendliness and helpfulness of the owners Marco and Lucia, including valuable tips on restaurants and also the use of the parking lot worked without any problems. Communication went smoothly and the entire process was straightforward and pleasant. In short: An accommodation where you feel completely comfortable – we can recommend it without reservation!

There's nothing to say about Elena's apartment. Clean, spacious, well located, organized, really above any expectation. We don't know Elena personally, but she's always been online for any questions. We met Gabriela, a sweet person. Wonderful!!!!! No Comments... It couldn't have been better, the apartment was very nice, cared for by wonderful people!!! Gabriela!!!! A big hug from our family!!!

nice apartment. with one closed bedroom having double bed and one single bed . a living room with complete kitchen. dishwasher and oven . a second open bedroom in the top floor with a single bed and study disk. and one bathroom with shower . the view from the big balcony is very nice of the lake and mountains . its recommended for 5 people maximum . we were 7 but we managed the one nigh stay utilizing the extra mattress available in the living room and top bedroom . clean and well equipped . the host is very supportive and fast responsive .

Wow! A great apartment with beautiful lake view in a relaxed but busy town with plenty of high quality restaurants. the apartment had everything you could need and we were able to have breakfast and lunch in every day. we even could have cooked dinner but chose to eat out. Lovely pool area shared between only 5 or 6 apartments so very quiet and clean. We also had access to sun loungers. Parking space in garage was ideal. Lorena was a fantastic host with very quick responses. she even left a beautiful bottle of local wine. A great trip for my wife's 30 birthday - thank you!

Stunning! The house and the view were superb. Our children loved the pool and exploring the garden. We stayed in Iris which was well equipped and clean. Recommend hiring a car, some roads are very tight and we walked down to the town which was okay, walking up with two small children was an experience! we loved our stay here and would definitely return! Thank you for having us!

A heartfelt place to stay in your own peace, yet close to Desenzano. Buildings are old and picturesque, cozy, well cleaned. The best thing here was the people and the atmosphere of the host family. The accommodation included charming Italian breakfasts. The restaurant offers authentic Italian food, atmosphere and wonderful service for customers of all ages. Communication was smooth and we always got help with brainstorming as needed. In the yard, it was safe for children to move around, while at the same time you could pet cats and dogs.❤️ The nearby railway line is busy, which creates some noise. The sound insulation of the apartments is quite low, speech can be heard through the walls. The location is suitable for people who move a lot because of the walking distances, when traveling with children, the car was handy and allowed you to move along the lake coast and to shopping centers.

Roberto is a great host and the property is excellent for short or longer stays. It is perfectly located out of the way to be quiet but just a short walk to the lake. The grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to visit when the pools were opened and has a great atmosphere.

Very beautiful flat in a fantastic beautiful setting. A little off the beaten path in a quiet little village. It's a good idea to stay here if you're on a bike or car and want to explore Lake Garda and its surroundings. Thanks!

We stayed with Maria Luisa for 2 days and felt very comfortable. The friendly welcome and explanations for the use of the apartment were very good despite language barriers. We could ask at any time. The apartment is very nice and clean. We found all descriptions and images to be complete. The garden and the panoramic view of the lake is fantastically beautiful.
