This has been our favourite airbnb stay ever! The room was so amazing and modern with everything we could possibly need. From the lights that change, round bed, bathroom set up and hidden cupboards we were so amazed at everything this accommodation had to offer. The gardens were so private and relaxing and although we did not get the weather to enjoy it fully we loved sitting out when the rain stopped. Pia is an amazing host with great communication and we strongly recommend this stay. Desenzano is a beautiful quiet town with good access to the ferry for adventures and the train for trips to Verona and Milan. We could ask for nothing more from this amazing accommodation and destination!!!

La Grotta was the perfect location to celebrate our anniversary. It was quiet, romantic, and beautiful. It is close to Verona so, if you choose, you can go into the city. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

Absolutely recommend. Rita has a lovely place and she was helpful whenever we needed it. We may come back in the future.

House with very nice large garden, has everything it needs. Inside, rather functionally furnished and just enough space. But as soon as you can share the covered terrace, it's great. Great care by Sergio's father, thank you very much.

We were very happy with our stay! The location is simply great – central yet quiet. The roof terrace is an absolute highlight – huge and with great views. Paolo was incredibly helpful and always available. Thank you!

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). The bedrooms were comfortable with ample storage options and it was great to have the two bathrooms. The location was perfect for us, not far to walk to train station, or town and we really liked the nearby café/bakery down the road. The neighbourhood is quiet, in fact each morning when we woke up all we could hear was birdsong. Elisa was very helpful, friendly and responsive and we were grateful for her hospitality.

We had a great stay at Kirill's stay and definitely enjoyed the spacious rooms and nearby good restaurants!

The accommodation perfectly matches the photos, it is wonderful, cared for and with all the necessary services. The view is priceless. And all the staff was really friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!!

The house was so great that we actually canceled a couple of excursions just to stay in! We are a family with kids ranging from 7 to 14, and we also have 2 dogs. We had so much room to be together when we wanted and individual spaces when we didn't. If you think the pics in the listing are nice, just wait until you see the view, house, and land in person! The panoramic view is even more scenic. The house is even larger with every corner holding something beautiful or interesting to look at, and every inch of the garden offers a little something different. The kids were in the pool every single day. When we did head away from the house, almost everything we needed or wanted was 15-30 minutes away. Rosanna was just as charming and generous as the house, checking in and making sure we didn't need anything. We loved it and just wish we could have stayed longer.

Paola (and crew) is a very friendly and uncomplicated hostess who was always available, responded immediately and was able to give helpful/recommended tips regarding good food, excursions, beaches, etc. in the area. The place was very clean and we felt right at home. Were with two small children and dog in a ground floor apartment and everything was available as agreed. The complex is perfect for families, but also couples or individuals (with dog) with playground, pool, many sun loungers and trees that provide shade. In addition, the existing barbecue area is ideal for grilling and eating comfortably on site. Everything worked out, we'll be happy to come back!

We spent five nights in Laura's apartment and felt very comfortable. The complex is very well maintained, relaxed and you have a great view of the lake. The apartment is simple but well thought out and has almost everything you need. The way into town is relatively steep, but if you are a good walker and somewhat fit, you can walk down in half an hour and back up in 45-50 minutes. There is a restaurant nearby, which is about 20 minutes walk away and highly recommended (Rustichel).

The apartment is very comfortable and very very clean. There is everything that you need. Fausta is very friendly and helpful person. The parking is available as well. The area was calm but we were in winter time. In general you need a car for go to grocery or the restaurant or to visit something . We would recommend the apartment any way.

We had wonderful days in this fantastic accommodation and can recommend it from the heart! The apartment is furnished with attention to detail and offers everything you need to feel at home. An absolute highlight is the balcony with an indescribably beautiful view! The garden is also a little paradise: lovingly designed and with a refreshing pool. The hosts are incredibly warm & attentive. Prosecco & an antipasti plate were available to welcome you, you immediately feel welcome! And every morning we got fresh rolls brought – on Sundays even with homemade tiramisu & croissants. The village itself is a real insider tip. It is wonderfully quiet & authentic, far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist places on Lake Garda. And yet you don't have to do without anything: some very good restaurants are within easy walking distance. If you are looking for a special, real & relaxing place, you will find it here!

My adult family and I had a lovely stay here. The position is ideal, a few minutes' walk to the lake with restaurants and cafés close by. The town is delightful and it's also easy to access the ferry to other towns on the lake. The appartment is very spacious and has the best equipped kitchen I've experienced on air bnb. Everything was spotless and Kathy was keen to do everything possible to make our stay a success including arriving with pasta and sauce for us as we had a late flight! Would thoroughly recommend. (We booked a driver from Verona airport and I would also recommend him - Mauro at Ponti Easy Travel - for a pleasant and easy transfer.)

Very good stay with 3 young children and our dog. The garden and small beach were a highlight and to swim in the Lake. Very easy to get into town and fabulous views from the property.

We had a wonderful few days at this place and highly recommend it. The location is ideal – very central to the village, everything is within walking distance: bakery and supermarket. The apartment itself is tastefully furnished, very well maintained and equipped with a lot of love for detail. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace with a magnificent view over the place – in clear weather we could even see as far as Sirmone. Despite its central location, the property is pleasantly quiet. You don't hear any neighbors, and you feel completely undisturbed. The parking space on the enclosed property is also a big plus – secure and only accessible by access code. A very big compliment also to Simona for the clear, friendly and reliable communication. Everything went smoothly – from booking to departure. Although the apartment may seem a bit expensive at first glance, it is absolutely worth its price.

Beautiful quiet area, yet not too far from the beaches and picturesque towns of Lake Garda. The day can be wonderfully ended by the pool or on the large terrace. The place was very clean and well equipped. We would spend another vacation in the accommodation.

We had a great week in Guido's apartment: The apartment is very tastefully and modernly renovated, everything made of high-quality materials. Everything fits together perfectly and every detail has been thought of. In the kitchen, there is even a generous selection of fine tea bags and coffee capsules, dishes and shower towels are available and even dishwasher and washing machine tabs are available. Really great! In the parents' bedroom, there is also a good selection of books in different languages. In the immediate vicinity, you can indulge in the cozy ice cream parlors and restaurants, and a small grocery store is also within a 5-minute walking distance. Thanks to the freely provided canoe, you can explore Lake Garda almost from your own front door (apartment about 100 m to the lake). Many pretty towns around Lake Garda can be explored by car or by boat (Porto Dusano). Thank you Guido for your great tips!

Beautiful villa to stay in, with a beautiful garden, with several options to sit in. Spacious, clean apartment. Beautiful base to go to Verona and in a green area. From the balcony, views of the vineyards and mountains. Every day Diambra makes a delicious breakfast. It's always a surprise. If we are in the area we will come back and will recommend it to our friends.

The apartment was perfect for our stay at Lake Garda. Enough privacy for two couples, clean, well appointed, centrally located yet quiet. Sergio was a perfect host. It would have been easy to get lost, but he personally greeted us and helped navigate to the parking garage. We were celebrating my birthday and he and his wife thoughtfully got us flowers, local wine, and a delicious cake!! Highly recommend!!

This house is a gem. Beautiful view from both the main floor balcony and the upstairs primary bedroom balcony with comfortable furniture to enjoy the view or have a meal outside. Kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals, and the house was within a short drive of the very cute village of Torri del Benaco that had plenty of delicious lakeside restaurants. Massimo was very responsive with any questions. Washer/dryer combo was very handy, and there was a large drying rack for anything that didn't get completely dry. Would stay again!
