This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, light industrial interior, located on a bluff overlooking the Sylamore Creek, just 500 yards from the White River in Mountain View, AR. You have your own private fire pit, picnic area and charcoal grill. The scenery is awesome and the location is right in the middle of everything. Minutes from the famous folk music square in downtown and just a few miles to Blanchard Springs. You are literally at the edge of the National Forest. You'll LOVE it!

The Tranquil Treehouse is the perfect place to unplug, relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature by the lake! The large deck is a great place to read a book, grill out or enjoy a morning cup of coffee! Even rainy days are peaceful at the treehouse due to the natural lullaby of the rain on the red tin roof. The lake is only 150 yards from the house. We have 2 kayaks for guests on carts for the short walk to the shore. Come soak up the sun in the crystal clear water this lake is famous for!

A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.
