Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Our home has easy access to hwy 412, but is secluded on 20 acres with wonderful 360 degree views. Huge wraparound deck for grilling and enjoying sunsets. Hot tub open year round, pool open May 1- Oct 1 (not heated). Gas fireplace available Oct-March.
