Welcome to Rosete Family Farms-Guest House! We live on a classy organic blueberry farm! It is a beautiful modern 1,400 sqft farmhouse that is very relaxing! It also has a 1,200 sqft event center attached and courtyard area that can be rented separately to host events or retreats. Our Airbnb guests which includes 10 people or under still have access to use the event center for meals , yoga or activities. Our ladies groups love taking advantage of the beautiful space for their amazing weekends!

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Spring Mountain Cabin is a small cabin (16ft×12ft - MAX CAPACITY TWO PEOPLE NO PETS, NO TRAILERS, AND NO CHILDREN UNDER 10). We are located in the upper Mulberry River Valley between Indian Creek river access & High Bank river access. Our cabin is 2 miles from Byrds Adventure Center & 7 miles from Turner Bend. It is a one room studio style with a queen bed and kitchenette with full bathroom, roku tv, and WiFi. There are a multitude of outdoor activities from canoeing, kayaking, fishing hiking

It features picture windows with a woodland view and a private fenced deck with an outdoor hot tub for two. We are located on 13 acres of densely wooded hilltop fewer than 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Enjoy walking our property, playing with our kitty 'Oreo', or napping in the hammock......a perfect couple's getaway!
