We share a driveway & and wall, but otherwise, private. This relaxing suite is a true gem in the heart of Nixa. It's conveniently located approximately 6 miles south of Springfield and approximately 30 miles north of Branson. Welcome to the Historic Morgue! An eerie ambience greets you upon arrival..the history runs deep for this building. This antique, nationally recognized, historic building offers antique decor with a modern twist! Morgue decor throughout, rightly so..paying homage to its dark history. This is a loft setting offering a king bed, full size bed, twin and an antique settee(possibly suited for a small child). A large kitchen with small breakfast seating as well as a large table! And that bathroom!

This classy and cozy space will set your imagination free. The unique mix of modern and rustic blend beautifully in this fully equipped Barndominium. The private backyard offers incredible views and the sunsets are not to be missed. Cook in the well stocked kitchen. Get cozy to watch a movie on the smart TV. The King bedroom is spacious and provides an amazing nights sleep with a guest favorite mattress! There is a twin bed and couches in the main living room for more than 2 guests.

1920 Stone Gas Station

This is a solid stone 1920 gas station that has been converted into a tiny house. It is two blocks off of old Route 66 within quick walking distance, (3 blocks) of downtown with lots of restaurants, clubs and cinemas and theaters. Park under the portico just feet from the front door. There is a living area and a bed beside a kitchen. There is a place to hang clothes. It has pressed tin ceilings and hardwood floors and a decorative electric wood stove.
