106 Windstone: A Hidden Gem!

This home is in a convenient location to campus and the Square! It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs and an IKEA sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has it’s own private bath. It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable! If this unit is not available, I have 105 Windstone in the same development! * Please check the City of Oxford for construction updates affecting traffic.*

Queen and single in loft, sofa long enough to sleep on downstairs. Loft has enough space for a blow-up bed as well. Small kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Glasses, dishes, minimal silverware and cooking supplies are provided. Continental breakfast provided, as well.

Brand new guest suite completed March 2025 in the heart of the Oxford historic district. Calming, peaceful, Spanish revival vibe. A half mile walk to the Square and 1 mile walk to Ole Miss campus and athletic events. Guest suite is attached to the main house (separated by an interior breezeway), separate exit and entrance is down a walkway on the left side of the home with keypad entry/exit. Stackable washer and dryer as well as microwave, drink fridge, and Nespresso coffee maker.
