I've owned our cottage for 10 years and we decided to rebuild , to enjoy the beautiful views of Colpoys Bay and in the back yard the Bruce Pennisula escarpment .

Cabin is partially OFF GRID in winter months (Nov 1-May 7) No running water/shower/indoor bathroom at this time. Water is provided with water dispenser/maintained outhouse Sauna & jacuzzi tub available yr round. Note: Wood hot tub replaced in 2025 with jacuzzi spa Cabin heated by wood stove in the winter months and supplemented with a mini split heater. Firewood/kindling provided Cabin situated on heavily treed 1 acre property with a creek directly in front of a quiet municipal road

Waterfront Cottage 15 mins north of Owen Sound on the crystal clear waters of Georgian Bay. We have 150 feet of private shoreline. Use our cottage as a jumping off point for many hikes along the Bruce Trail, Sauble Beach (35min), Tobermory (70min) and many more. Or just work from here while enjoying the great view and wifi.
