Idyllic little "Sørland house," secluded outdoor area, and panoramic view of the river from the living room/outdoor area. Unique location high up on the riverbank in historic Hokksund. (Salmon fishing; the house is at the top of the fly-fishing zone, blue zone, by the birch grove, with direct access to the river from the house.) Walking distance to Hokksund city center. 2 bedrooms (beds 1.60 m and 1.40 m). Very quiet/charming neighborhood. Parking on the property. Guests must bring their own bed linen/towels; laundry is the responsibility of the tenant. Dogs/cats are allowed, and there are two cats living outside; allergy sufferers should be aware of this.

Newer apartment

I'm renting out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standard. It has a sheltered and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short distance to the city center. There is also a short distance to the bus, train and grocery store. The countryside and nice hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity for those interested in the outdoors. Since it's my home I'm renting out, there will be a few items I can't remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive. Rented to non-smokers.

Charming farmhouse from 1860

Farmhouse from 1860 that has been renovated so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood-burning stove that is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 people. A couple of extra guest beds can also be added and there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.

Cozy little cottage at Vegotjern

Perfect for those who want to travel with the family, a group of friends, a girlfriend or just alone. Idyllic small cabin located only 2 meters from the waterfront. Here there are both fishing and bathing opportunities. Rowboat on site. The cabin has a simple standard with outhouse, 12V solar system. Drinking water can be obtained in the parking lot. Propane and wood are included in the price. Gravel road is used to get to the parking lot. Here the toll is NOK 70. It is about a 150-meter walk from the parking lot to the cabin.

Eikeren Lakeside Cabin

Our cabin at Eikern offers an unforgettable experience with spectacular views and an undisturbed location. The cabin consists of a charming room with dining table, kitchen and sleeping space for 2 guests. Among the unique facilities you will find the jetty area, outhouse, outdoor porch, and dining area. The cabin has a unique view of the lake, which creates a very special atmosphere. There is a cozy staircase down to the jetty which is located right by the water. Here you can really relax and find peace in everyday life.

Modern rural semi-detached house

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Modern semi-detached house built in 2018 with high standard, nice sheltered garden, several terraces and sunny location. There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and cycling right nearby. Rural location with 500 meters to bus stop and about 5 km to train. Free parking with charging option for electric car for a fee. When I'm not renting out the place, I live there. Some rooms and cabinets will therefore not be available.

Small, simply furnished one-bedroom apartment (2 single beds), room with kitchenette (no oven or kitchen fan – avoid cooking), dining area, bathroom with shower cubicle and underfloor heating. Heat pump that can both heat and cool. Calm residential area. It's good to know that from 9 o'clock, the chickens and rooster are out in their yard. Bed linen and towels can be found and the kitchen has a kettle, fridge, stove top, microwave. We stand for the cleanliness after your stay.

Unik apartment in center of the old town kongsberg

The apartment is located in an annex next to the pottery workshop of Rigmor Husøy. The houses that are newly renovated are from 1750 and are centrally located in Old Town Kongsberg. Very close to facilities such as food shops, cafe´s, culture park, ski, silver mines and shopping. 5 minutes walk to the bus that runs directly to Kongsberg Ski resort. A quiet and family friendly area. We have a dog and a cat. We live in the main house and rent out the annex.

Has both burglar and fire alarm system. There is internet, TV, heat pump, wood burning, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher.

Idyllic summer paradise with private beach and jetty

Large summer house that is beautifully located by the beautiful Eikern. Sun all day, which can be enjoyed from the spacious terrace right outside the living room door. The summer house has its own beach, jetty and pool table. Boat (archipelago jeep) can be rented. Large, spacious rooms, with beds for 19 and sleeping space for 25. Rural surroundings, and short distance to Vestfossen, magnificent Fossesholm manor and idyllic Eidsfoss.
