Newer apartment

I'm renting out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standard. It has a sheltered and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short distance to the city center. There is also a short distance to the bus, train and grocery store. The countryside and nice hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity for those interested in the outdoors. Since it's my home I'm renting out, there will be a few items I can't remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive. Rented to non-smokers.

Farmhouse from 1860 that has been renovated so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood-burning stove that is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 people. A couple of extra guest beds can also be added and there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.

Cozy little cottage at Vegotjern

Perfect for those who want to travel with the family on a trip, a group of friends, a girlfriend or just alone. Idyllic small cabin located only 2 meters from the waterfront. Here you can both fish and swim. Rowboat on site. The cabin has a simple standard with an outhouse, 12V solar power system. Drinking water can be obtained at the parking lot. Propane and wood are included in the price. Gravel road is used to get to the parking lot. Here there is a toll of NOK 50. It is about 150 meters to walk from the parking lot to the cabin.

The cabin has a distinctive character and a cozy atmosphere that makes it perfect for both family holidays and weekends with friends. Relax on the large terrace, which offers barbecue facilities, jacuzzi and views. Or take a refreshing dip in the lake just below. Eidsfoss is a place worth seeing! Here you can get silence, laughter around the table or evenings in the bubbles. Welcome☺️

Modern rural semi-detached house

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Modern semi-detached house built in 2018 with high standard, nice sheltered garden, several terraces and sunny location. There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and cycling right nearby. Rural location with 500 meters to bus stop and about 5 km to train. Free parking with charging option for electric car for a fee. When I'm not renting out the place, I live there. Some rooms and cabinets will therefore not be available.

Charming brewery house

Small, simply furnished with one bedroom (2 single beds, 1 sofa bed 140 cm), room with kitchenette (no oven or kitchen fan - frying should be avoided), dining area, bathroom with shower cubicle and underfloor heating. Heat pump that can both heat and cool. Calm residential area. It's good to know that from 9 o'clock, the chickens and rooster are out in their yard. Bed linen and towels can be found and the kitchen has a kettle, fridge, stove top, microwave. We stand for the cleanliness after your stay.

Studio apartment 10min to town center/Jazzfestival

Small apartment in private home, one room 20 m2, bathroom with shower, and a small kitchen. You will have your own entrance. Free parking in the street. Ideal for traveling alone, friends, couples or small family. The bed is queen size, 120cm x 200cm, and it is possible to put extra mattress on the floor. 10-15 min walk to town center, Krona, bus-/train station, and Kongsberg Jazzfestival 4. july - 7. july. 20 min walk to Kongsberg Technology Park. Close to skiing resort, Kongsberg Skisenter.

Blant de unike fasilitetene finner du bryggeområdet, utedo, utendørs veranda, og spisegruppe. Hytta har en unik utsikt over innsjøen, noe som skaper en helt spesiell atmosfære. Det går en koselig trapp ned til bryggen som ligger rett ved vannet. Her kan man virkelig slappe av og finne roen i hverdagen.

Leiligheten er nær offentlig transport, ligger midt i sentrum i Gamlebyen og har nærhet til Krona, skisenter og turområder. I tillegg nær kulturtilbud og ti min gåtur til Kongsberg Næringspark. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av stemningen, beliggenheten og vertskapet. Men du må like dyr da du vil dele hagen med en wheaten terrier og en katt. Stedet passer for ett par , de som reiser alene, bedriftsreisende,, kursopphold og lignende . Ikke egnet for små barn

Cozy and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Only a few minutes walk to the city center, railway station and hospital. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house with a large garden. Great views of Kongsberg Church and the ski resort in Funkelia. The apartment has one bedroom with 2 X 90cm beds. Extra mattress available. There is one bathroom, but an extra toilet in the hallway.
