Newer apartment

I'm renting out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standard. It has a sheltered and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short distance to the city center. There is also a short distance to the bus, train and grocery store. The countryside and nice hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity for those interested in the outdoors. Since it's my home I'm renting out, there will be a few items I can't remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive. Rented to non-smokers.

Idyllic farm apartment along Eikeren

Welcome to Gunhildrud farm, a peaceful and spacious courtyard apartment along Eikeren. The apartment is in a new barn from 2022. Free parking in the courtyard with space for several cars. NOTE: We currently have a slightly different road connection after the road collapsed last fall. There is a detour via Eidsfoss, instead of the usual route from Darbu and Vestfossen. That means about a 50-minute drive to Kongsberg and just under an hour to Drammen. On the other hand, the distance is shorter in the direction of Vestfold.

The university, USN, Krona, and the Norwegian Mining Museum are also close by. During the Kongsberg Agenda, you look down on the stage, and during the Kongsberg Jazz Festival, you can step outside the door and be right in the middle of the action. A quiet and family friendly area. We have a dog and a cat. We live in the main house and rent out the annex.
