I'm renting out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standard. It has a sheltered and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short distance to the city center. There is also a short distance to the bus, train and grocery store. The countryside and nice hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity for those interested in the outdoors. Since it's my home I'm renting out, there will be a few items I can't remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive. Rented to non-smokers.

The apartment is located in an annex next to the pottery workshop of Rigmor Husøy. The houses that are newly renovated are from 1750 and are centrally located in Old Town Kongsberg. Very close to facilities such as food shops, cafe´s, culture park, ski, silver mines and shopping. 5 minutes walk to the bus that runs directly to Kongsberg Ski resort. A quiet and family friendly area. We have a dog and a cat. We live in the main house and rent out the annex.

Out in the woods. No cars driving outside. Lake outside and plenty of walks in the wood. About 15 minutes drive from Kongsberg centrum. We have a manual boat you can borrow if you want to go on the little lake, or you can go fishing or for a swim. We live in the main house, renting out the basement appartment.
