The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. No kitchen. “Shells” is a well-presented self-catering holiday apartment, tastefully decorated and ideally situated just off the seafront, a minute’s easy walk to the sea and to the town centre. The apartment offers an airy lounge, a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, shower room and a fully-equipped separate kitchen. Please see "other details" regarding the car parking permit at Manor Road. Please note: As of 13.05.25 - the lift is not working to the 1st floor where the flat is located.

AIR CONDITIONING, double glazed, and oak flooring. A convenient CABIN and ideal 'reading' retreat. Smart 40-inch HD TV.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

Conway Cottage is a 17th century thatched cottage with a large garden in the idyllic village of Otterton, Devon. The Annexe is a self-contained guest suite, with living room/diner, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, fully equipped, recently modernised and redecorated. Ideal for a couple or for a family with two small children as there is a double sofa-bed in the living room. Just outside the French doors is a patio with table and barbecue for summer dining. Parking on drive.

Socialise if you wish or stay and hunker down. Help yourself to Home made granola, berries, and juice from the fridge. Organic tea and coffee. A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.

Range of breakfast items, including eggs from our hens. Comfy kingsize bed. 4 ft sofabed available for 1 or 2 people. Floor mattress and/or travel cot are available. High chair.

Beautiful seaside places are easily accessible; Sidmouth 5mls, Budleigh Salterton 6mls, Beer, Branscombe and Exmouth 10 mls. It's very quiet and the skies are dark at night.
