Loft vacation rentals in Ottawa River

It is a peaceful loft. We rented this place as we were going to the calabogie Motorsport park for concerts. It is only 13 km from the park. Amanda was responsive immediately to all my questions. Anthony was very helpful for giving us recommendations. They are wonderful hosts.

Erol & Jay were fantastic host - friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. Their place was just as lovely as the photos, so there were no surprises upon arrival. While the parking garage is about two blocks away, we didn't find it to be inconvenient. We did notice a few homeless individuals in the area like someone else pointed out, but we never felt unsafe walking around during the day or early evening. I would definitely stay here again - the location is incredible convenient and well-situated for exploring all that Montreal has to offer.

Lovely place, great area right downtown, and spotless. Parking garage was a godsend, and I loved the balcony setup. A bit hard to find if you just go by the address, but Sarah provided detailed instructions with photos so be sure to check those out if you book. Host communication was excellent both before and during my stay; Sarah was super helpful and responded quickly to my questions. My only quibble is that it came up in a search for 1-bedroom properties but is actually a studio (not sure if that’s an issue with the listing or Airbnb’s search feature). Didn’t bother me but if you require a bedroom with privacy you’ll want to keep that in mind. Overall highly recommended!

Really a lovely and wonderful spacious loft with all the amenities needed. While the place is on a very busy street, the loft is very quiet and peaceful. Truly a gem with the added bonus of having a parking spot. We absolutely loved it!! Thank you.

Perfect location for exploring the surrounding neighborhood, which is friendly, walkable, and has a lot to offer in terms of restaurants, bars, and shops. (Highly recommend Au Pied De Cochon if you can get a reservation and are into food. That meal was the highlight of an otherwise great trip). If you're driving to Montreal, I recommend parking in the garage below The Hôtel de l'ITHQ for the duration of your stay and walking, ubering, and using public transit as needed. The apartment itself is well apointed, comfortable, and full of light. It's up a couple fairly steep flights of stairs, but if you're decently fit you will have no problem and it's well worth it for the location. The bathroom could use an update, but it's more than good enough, and I can't complain given the value this apartment brings in terms of location and comfort. Evan is helpful and communicative. Would definitely visit again. Thanks!

The carriage house had all the historic charm one could ask for with modern comforts and conveniences. The kitchen was fully stocked, bathroom spacious and super clean, and the bed cozy and comfortable. We loved watching the daily farm activities, meeting the cows, and savoring the local goods from the farm store. I wish we had brought less food with us—the farm store was stocked with salad greens, dairy products to your heart’s desire (eat the moon cheese!), preserves, and incredibly delicious sausages. All local, all worth sampling. My husband and I were both able to work remotely with the fast wifi. So glad we stayed here and hoping for a return visit sometime soon!

as others mentioned, the place is so much bigger than pictured. everything for a cozy stay is available within the room. Items were easy to find without having to contact the host. very sceneic including the drive to the house.

We were a group of three adults, meeting up for a girlfriends' getaway for a long weekend together. We each had the comfort of our own bedroom, and the bathroom had plenty of storage space for toiletries. The kitchen was well-stocked with tableware (and coffee for the coffee drinkers!). The apartment was within easy waking distance of shops and restaurants, metro stops, and city sights, and we very much enjoyed lounging on the couches at the end of the day to decompress. Natasha was incredibly responsive and friendly, and she was very accommodating of our requests to modify check-in and checkout times based on our travel needs. The biggest drawback was the noise from the unit above us. The acoustics of the building made it sound like elephants were parading around when the lodgers of that unit were walking up and down the steps and across their floor. Additionally, we all found the temperature in the unit to be on the warmer side for sleeping, even after we'd turned off the heating.

Great stay at Mojgan and Arash's. The apartment is well located, close to the center but in a quiet area. The proximity to Major's Hill Park, By Market and Rideau Street was very appreciable for walks, eating in town and access to public transport. The apartment is very well-equipped and very spacious and pleasant. I highly recommend it!

Cynthia was a lovely host

We just recently stayed at this Airbnb and it was fantastic. The unit was immaculately clean, organized and relaxing. It was well furnished and stocked with things one might need during their stay here. It was like a home away from home and we much appreciated all the little touches this Airbnb had to offer its guests. Kathy and John are lovely and we will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.

Cozy stay for our weekend snowboarding in Tremblant. The weather conditions were peak winter season so it was nice to come home to something warm and toasty! Thank you for a seamless stay Léa Et Mélanie!

Lydiane is a fantastic host! Kind, welcoming, cheerful and always being helpful. The house is just a few mins from the Sauve metro and easy access to downtown, which helped a lot. Enjoyed my room a lot, very clean, quiet, and almost Scandinavian - nothing unnecessary and staying here was really comfortable and pleasant. My flight was in the evening and Lydiane was super kind to suggest I can have a late checkout. The host and the house come with my highest recommendations. Way better than I expected!! Roger was very kind and helpful, he even gave us a bigger place with an amazing view and a hot tub, I just loved it. I would definitely come back.
