Beautiful full loft in a small complex within a quiet and beautiful area. Place for couples (two people). The pool is large, clean and always available. There is a free laundry and drying area. Great location: Airport and Maya Train 5 minutes by car; you can walk to the ADO terminal and Plaza de las Américas, where safe and cheap taxis leave for Bacalar. There is a park nearby and many fast food places, typical food and more options.

Guillermo and Diana's place is our "go to" place in Chetumal when we want a peaceful accomodation. It's just steps from the bay in a very walkable and safe neighborhood and close to a taxi stand and a Walmart mini mall. The neighborhood is exceptionally friendly and 30 pesos gets you to the heart of Centro and the Muelle Fiscal.

I love the accommodation. It's to my liking, very good for vacationing since you have many things nearby, everything works and the accommodation is always clean, also very well thought out to enjoy. In the case of the host Claudia, she was super friendly at all times, always recommended things to do and was also attentive every day to see if we were missing anything, really super attention, in the end I ended up discovering many good places thanks to her recommendations. If I go to Bacalar again, I would definitely come back without thinking.

Meredith and Jill's service was excellent, always attentive to our arrival, everything was sparkling and it is a very comfortable space to enjoy if you do not want to spend the whole day on the beach. The pool is clean, the place is very cool. We loved the place. We hope to return soon. Now it's our favorite place to stay. My wife and children were very happy. Thank you for all the attention.

The place is just as the photos show, very clean and quiet, excellent for families. The accommodation is a 12-minute walk from public access to the lagoon and 15 minutes from the San Felipe fort and two 'curanderas' from the federal highway where you will find transportation to Mahahual. We definitely recommend the place.

It’s such a nice place, everything was perfect! The location was very close to the seven color lake and there are many nice restaurants and cafes around the house. Grocery shops/fruit shops are walkable distance. I would come back again 💯💯💯

The place was exact as we imagined, the unpaved entrance road, but it's normal for a private place and by the lagoon. Verónica received us super friendly, we checked in very late at night and she was attentive and explained everything in detail. The place is very clean, the towels super clean, the beds too. As a note: They need an oversize or bedspread on top of the bed sheet, but other than that, everything is fine. It's a rustic place and I really liked that I didn't have a TV to appreciate the beauty of the area. I work remotely and the wifi worked perfect at all times. Victor (the host) is super helpful at all times and with a very quick response to any questions. Recommended if you go as a couple without children and you are looking for something very simple as you think you are out exploring the area.
