It felt like I was renting a private pension. It was really spacious and there were two bathrooms.. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, and if you go a little further there's a Family Mart, and if you go out to the main road there's a Life (big grocery store), so the location was really good. 💓

My family and I stayed for 4 nights the place is amazing very space and very clean the Host is very friendly they answer all the questions we have, the place is Near of a lot restaurants and convenience store. The neighbors is very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back soon.

The apartment is located in a shopping street about 10 Minutes from 大森町駅, so there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. 蒲田駅 and 平和島駅 are both 20 minutes away with even more restaurants. Access to both Narita and Haneda is great. The apartment has a good size for 1 or 2 people. I would definitely stay there again. PS: Be aware that there is no elevator in the building.

When me & my friends saw this place we instantly love the aesthetic it felt like Vouge/aesop/archidigest. Such a beautiful space traditionally with a morden touch! Beds were comfy,kitchen was great & the tatami experience. Washing machine was really handy too! Private, quiet apartment accessible to few train stations. Walking distance & easy to get to Disneyland too! Nice cityside not too far from tourist attractions🥰 felt locally right at home! Easily able to get good food at night as well. The hotel in Tokyo is too expensive. You can come to Ota Ward if you want to stay comfortably, very close to Haneda Airport, about 15 minutes. The location is very convenient, the neighborhood is safe, just across the street, shopping is very convenient! Three of us stayed, twin beds separate for two sleeping rooms, one on the fold out bed in the living room, still comfortable!

Kou San was a great host during my stay. He shared local recommendations ahead of time which was helpful. He also proactively checked in to ensure I have a great experience and was always responsive in a timely manner to my questions and requests. He also offered flexibility for my checked out time so I didn’t have to deal with the massy rainy weather on my last day. Thanks! The place is loaded in a quiet neighborhood and super close to two train stations to make getting around Tokyo easy. It is also within walking distance to the trendy Jiyugaoka area with many great coffee stores and bakeries, restaurants, boutiques and home goods stores and many more shopping options. It’s a cozy place for my Tokyo trip and I was happy with my choice and would consider to stay here again for my next trip.

The accommodation was the same as the pictures, and the bathroom was very clean, so I used it well.☺️ It was near the station and there was a convenience store nearby, so it was really convenient! Tokyo hotels hardly have space to spread out your luggage, but it was spacious enough for the two of us to spread it out and carry it around.👍

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!
