The apartment is located in a quiet part of Pernínek. A few meters from the train station, a few meters from the ski slope and a few meters to the bike trails or cross-country trails and overlooking the Krušné hory hills. 15 minutes by car to the Klínovec Ski Resort, 5 minutes from the Plešivec Ski Resort. 15 minutes drive to the swimming pool or sauna world in Jáchymov. The apartment is fully equipped. There is a washing machine with a dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, a hairdryer in the bathroom, a coffee capsule with a coffee machine, a folding baby cot.

The cottage is located in Stříbrná in the Ore Mountains, near Kraslice, Bublava, Přebuz and the German towns of Klingenthal, Schöneck and Markneukirchen. Our cottage is an ideal place to spend an active holiday, but also for relaxation and trips with the family. In summer, you can go cycling, hiking, picking forest fruits, or exploring the surrounding natural attractions. In case of bad snow conditions on the local ski lift, the artificially snow-covered ski resort Bublava - Stříbrná is nearby. There is peace, quiet and tranquility.

Apartments K Lanovce - Ela

Apartments K Lanovce Ela and Bella with their own parking spots were newly built in July 2023. We offer exclusive service, modern furniture, high-speed internet and full kitchen equipment. Apartment Ela is the smaller of the two apartments offered, but very cozy, suitable for couple or two to three friends. The apartment can be internally connected to the Bella apartment. You can store bikes, skis, or other amenities in a separate and lockable cubicle. The apartment has a private parking space right next to the house.

After the original cottage burned down in 1987, we designed and built the cottage in its current form within 3 years, and we try to continue to maintain and improve it for our, but especially your, comfort. Mezonetový apartmán se nachází na nejvyšším místě obce Loučná s úchvatným výhledem na Klínovec a Fichtelberg. Výhledy si můžete vychutnat při posezení na balkoně. Apartmán je v pěší vzdálenosti od Skiareálu Klínovec. V zimě si můžete užít lyže, od jara do podzimu trail park nebo cyklistiku a pěší turistiku v překrásné přírodě. Po předchozí rezervaci možnost zapůjčení 4 elektrokol + cyklistická helma za cenu 800,- Kč (35€)/kus/den. Kola nejsou povolena pro traily.

The sleeping area for two people can be reached by a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the cottage, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the premises. There is another hut on the property, which also occasionally accommodates guests.
