In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. The entrance to the apartment of the Mei building, in the heart of the small castle, is located in a pretty square with a fountain that opens onto a hilly landscape that extends to Monte Conero. The building has housed 3 Mayors of the Municipality of Barbara, Mei Gervasio (1877 – 1905) Mei Camillo (1906 - 1914) and Capotondi Mario (1995 – 2004). In the apartment there is a terrace from which to admire the roofs of the village and the splendid Apennine chain up to Monte Catria.
