With a side view of the Baltic Sea and beach location, we offer you our 1-room-Apt. (28 sqm) plus 8 sqm balcony on the 6th floor; modern and timelessly furnished. A new built-in kitchen with dishwasher and electrical appliances as well as an attractive bathroom with glass shower/toilet are provided. A numbered outdoor parking space can be used free of charge. The "Hansapark" is almost next door, a small public swimming pool is very close. We provide Wi-Fi, towels and bed linens FREE OF CHARGE.

Relax in this cozy vacation apartment on the second floor on Strandhafenweg in Fehmarn. The balcony offers sea views and a view of the Fehmarn Sound Bridge – just about 100 meters from the beach. This 49-square-meter (527-square-foot) apartment, decorated in a cozy style, can accommodate up to 4–5 guests, with a double bed and a French bed. Kitchen and bathroom are currently being renovated – first rental from May. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and parking available in front of the house.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. Spacious, bright, and quiet 2-room apartment (48 sqm) with all the comforts for a few relaxing days by the sea. It's a five minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 sqm) facing southwest gets sunlight from noon until evening and is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a leisurely breakfast or dinner.
