Well-equipped kitchen, sleeping alcove, wood-burning stove, access to private beach, kayak, bicycles and fishing opportunities. Cross-country skiing, Northern Lights in winter, rich wildlife near the forest. Very close to Frösöberget's climbing wall and lookout over beautiful Östersund. 15 min walking distance to the city center, you pass Frösön marina, playgrounds and surf bay.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Move into the old school cafeteria where the church's students had their school lunch during the day in the 40s and 50s. The wood stove that crackles in the kitchen is the same one on which the mother cooked lunch. She lived upstairs and we offer her kitchen with adjacent bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and peaceful in the old timber building. Outside, you can enjoy mountain views or visit Frösön's beautiful church, which is next to the vicarage where the host couple live with their dogs and cats.

The apartment is separate with its own entrance. The furniture includes a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, kitchenware, and a small sink and refrigerator. Unique accommodation with cozy apartment and access to the beach overlooking the mountains. On the beach there is a barbecue area and jetty. Close to the airport and 10-15 minutes to Östersund by car. The apartment is equipped with hot plate, Microwave and kettle. The pilgrim trail goes past about 100 meters from the property.

Parking is available directly adjacent to the accommodation. Near the house, there is a snowmobile trail that takes you up to the Svartsjöarna outdoor area.
