Large, fenced plot with spacious driveway with room for several cars. The beds are made when you arrive, also towel is included. Large glassed-in terrace. Quiet area but the plot borders the railway where a few trains pass per day. Indoors, the trains are not heard when the windows are closed. Self check-in. Dogs welcome. A 7-minute walk to the bus stop. 300 m. to Storsjön.

In a quiet residential area is our house which is great for families with children. The house is located 5 km from Östersund city center, which is easily accessible by bus or car. If you are going to visit the Storsjö Cup, the bus goes all the way to the sports field in Odensala, no change is needed. To Östersund Ski Stadium, it takes 9 minutes by car. In the nearby area, there are forests, horse trails and bike paths. Children can play in one of the playgrounds in the nearby area, or on the property where there are plenty of outdoor toys.

The house is located near Östersund city center, which you can reach by bike within 15 minutes. If you choose an evening at home in the house, you will be met by a quiet residential area. Here you can grill, play kubb and listen to music. The whole group of friends/family has plenty of room to socialize. Close to grocery stores/shopping, soccer fields, bathhouses and the big lake. Spacious house on two floors with sleeping accommodations for 8 people divided into 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from the living room. Floor 1 has a bathroom with shower and separate shower in the laundry room. Floor 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

Welcome to a house with large open social areas. Here you live within walking distance to both ski trails and illuminated trails, about 200 meters. Easy to get to the arena village where the ski stadium, Jämtkraft Arena and Östersund Arena are located, about 10 minutes by car. It is about 7 km to the city center from the house (12 minutes by car). Good bus connections are also close to the house (200 meters) and in Torvalla center (1 km). In Torvalla center, there is also the nearest grocery store, Coop Torvalla.

A peaceful oasis where you can relax with proximity to the magnificent Jämtland nature.

Former vicarage for rent on Frösön

Our home is located next to Frösö Church with amazing views of Lake Storsjön and the mountains. The house was formerly a vicarage but has been converted into two apartments. We are temporarily renting out the larger one, about 300 m2, spread over two floors. In summer, there are several cafés within walking distance or choose the golf courses one kilometer away or visit the composer Wilhelm Peterson-Berger's home, Sommarhagen. A number of floor beds can be added if required.

Två toaletter, dusch och badkar ger extra bekvämlighet. Ute finns en stor gård (2 ha), trädäck med inglasning och två grillar samt en lekplats. Bara 100 m till sjön med strand och 5 min med bil till centrum. En perfekt plats för avkoppling nära naturen!
