New and fresh villa located a few hundred meters from the main football fields at Storsjöcuppen. The villa has consistently high standards and a pleasant level of light and open floor plan between living room and the fully equipped kitchen downstairs. At the front there is a sun-proof terrace with extra dining area. In total there are two toilet/shower and upstairs you will find four bedrooms of which two with double bed. The villa is located about 10 minutes from ICA and good pizzeria. No smoking and not pets.

A spacious rooftop terrace features a wooden deck and a dining table for eight. Colorful lounge chairs and a sun umbrella provide seating options. The surrounding area includes scenic views of greenery and nearby buildings under a blue sky with scattered clouds.

Several beautiful walking paths, and easily accessible ski tracks in winter. Pets allowed.

Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from living room. Floor 1 has bathroom with shower and separate shower in laundry room. Plan 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold coffee shop. High chair and play corner.

Välkommen till vårt rymliga och mysiga hus, perfekt för familjer och vänner! Här finns ett stort kök med plats för 10 personer, ett vardagsrum med eldstad och 3 sovrum plus gästrum (totalt 8 bäddar). Två toaletter, dusch och badkar ger extra bekvämlighet. Ute finns en stor gård (2 ha), trädäck med inglasning och två grillar samt en lekplats. Bara 100 m till sjön med strand och 5 min med bil till centrum. En perfekt plats för avkoppling nära naturen!

It is walking distance to various exercise tracks, slalom slope, grocery store and there is gas station in the resort. S:t Olavsleden goes past Gällö and the beautiful Forsaleden is close by. The property is undisturbed overlooking Revsundssjön and the forest behind.
