Modern townhouse in a family environment about 7 km from Östersund city center. Here you can gather loved ones to spend time in Jämtland's lovely areas, perhaps for hiking or skiing. The forest is around the corner and the nearest illuminated cross-country skiing trail is within walking distance, 10 minutes away. About a 15-minute walk will take you down to Storsjön where there is a jetty and barbecue area. In winter, it is also possible to go out on long-distance skates there. The back of the house has a sunny position all day and the possibility to barbecue is available!

At the top of Klockarfjället (Klockarfjällsvägen 251a) in Vemdalsskalet with ski in/out and fantastic views of the mountains and ski slopes in Skalspasset, we rent out our mountain accommodation. The nearest slope is Slingan with the lifts Väst Express and Västliften as well as walking distance to Klockarfjället's cross-country track. The Barmark season offers rich outdoor life with fishing, hiking, berry picking, horseback riding, cycling trails and more. Vemdalen consists of the four ski resorts Vemdalsskalet, Björnrike, Klövsjö and Storhogna.

Large townhouse of almost 150m2 located in a quiet area. 300 meters to shop, pizzeria and gym. Several playgrounds and soccer fields as well as a nice forest area are just a stone's throw away.
