Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Osprey

My family of 4 recently had a wonderful stay. The house was beautifully appointed, perfectly clean, and well stocked. It is located very close to a great bike trail and we used the bikes that were provided by the hosts. The house also had beach chairs, toys, and a shark tooth sifter for guests to use. The beds were our favorite part and everyone slept wonderfully!

A Slice of Paradise was amazing. Robert was a GREAT Host , he answered every question with in hours, if not minutes. Great location and close to everything. After a couple days it felt like home, when our 6 weeks were up we did not want to leave. We hit 7 different beaches and some 3 or 4 time each. Shark’s and Pop’s were our favorite restaurants long with Dunkin most every day and DQ once a week Detwiler’s Farm Market on Tamiami Trail was our go to for fresh fruits and vegetables. Their bakery was wonderful. We would highly recommended A Slice of Paradise. We can’t wait to go back . Frank, Sue and Paisley.

Had a great stay during our week in Nokomis. The layout was great and actually had way more space than we even thought. Very easily fit our family of 5. Great set up as well with the master on one side of the house and then the other 2 bedrooms on the other. Neighborhood was very well maintained. You’re about a 3 minute drive or 20 min walk to the beach, but you should already know that when booking. This was one of the best stocked AirBnB’s we’ve stayed at. We truly felt like we were in a home we could live in as there was good flow. Backyard was great as we used the fire pit and hosted some family one evening. Lynda was great to communicate with. She even went above and beyond as we left a camera accidentally. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and has everything we needed for vacation. The pool was perfect for the kids - they preferred staying home at the pool than going the beach. Romulda was also so helpful and responsive to all our questions. We only wished we had more time to stay here! We’re looking forward to booking again in the future!

This truly felt like home away from home. Very clean, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Our 2 dogs and toddler enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The air conditioner works great! We loved sitting out in the lanai listening to the birds. We felt very safe here and Tom was very responsive. 🥰

Great place to stay !! The house is beautiful, it’s in a great location and I love the pool area, I had so much fun with my friends on this trip and we’re planning to come back !!

Host was very kind, clear instructions to get in. Everything was very clean & the location is awesome! Super close to the beach and good restaurants. There’s everything you need in the kitchen and overall the house has very cozy vibes.

Cute house in a good location. Comfortable beds. Lucky enough to experience a thunderstorm while we were there and the rain on the tin roof was lovely. Nice view of the water. Quiet neighbors. Although we didn't utilize the bikes or kayaks, it was nice to know they were there and we could have. Clear instructions on what was required for check-in, our stay, and check out.

My wife and I had a great time at this stay. Lots to do at the house along with great beaches and restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive. The house was clean and had everything that you might need. We were able to drive to Disney in just over an hour and a half which provided a different experience to go along with the daily beach/pool trips. Cool AC inside to combat the humid 88 degree weather in June 2025.

The home is beautiful and well appointed with everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool was enjoyed daily! The location is a quick drive to Siesta Key, Lido, and Saint Armand’s. It took about 10-15m for each of these. I would stay here again when we return to Siesta. It is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood!

Diana’s place is a very comfortable. Very clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a private barbecue area and a reserved parking space. 10 minutes by car to Siesta Beach and 13 minutes to Turtle Beach. We found a beach umbrella and chairs in the apartment’s closet. Also there is a safe in the bedroom which made us feel protected. We are definitely very happy that we stayed at Diana’s place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Sarasota for the holidays.

Rob’s house was great! Great location to restaurants and the beach. And 10 mins to Fox Lea Farm if you are going to show!! If I had a question he responded right away. Very clean and nice! Would definitely stay again!!

The home is simply beautiful, open, airy, Clean the backyard and pool are beautiful and so private. Hidden Gem is a perfect name for this home as you would never expect to find a home like this on a ‘such a typical’ block. It’s like brand new. Everything is updated and modern. The bathrooms and showers were clean and beautiful. Large TV in the living room with comfy couches (a bit worn) but still comfortable. We all loved the place! Would stay again in a heartbeat! So quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful place! In a pretty good area to close to the beach. House was neat and tidy everything looked perfect. The pool is a plus! WiFi is slow but we didn’t really use it. Would definitely book again!

Cory was a wonderful host. When we called to inquire about the temperature of the pool water (it felt cold to us, after the heater was turned on,) Cory was very responsive and made arrangements for someone to come over right away to turn it up for us! Thanks for accommodating our request and for your concern that we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay in Florida.

Steve was the perfect host as always, super responsive and made for a smooth and peaceful stay. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, highly recommend and will stay again!

The horse farm was so peaceful and scenic. Very quiet at night. We loved looking at the stars. The room is just as shown in the ad, very cute decorations. Comfy bed and a nice shower. We loved our stay and would certainly come back!

This place is awesome! A nice washer and dryer, super clean, comfortable, and a cute outside sitting area. host left snacks, water, cooler, flashlight, and beach towels - very well thought out. The host was also super nice when we thought we locked ourselves out 😅 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Bedrooms run hot, not much air flow in n there from the AC so we had to leave the doors open to cool the room down a bit over night. Aside from that, beautiful place, very clean, has EVERYTHING you need fully stocked kitchen and fully stocked bathrooms LOVED the place.

This home was exceptionally clean and every detail was thought of to make guests feel at home from every kitchen utensil and dish you could need , bath supplies, and even beach equipment and tour and excursion brochures- beds was very comfortable and bathrooms were pristine - Conrad was the best airbnb host we have ever dealt with- extremely responsive and helpful in every way throughout our stay- the location is also close to downtown and near the beach but in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with little to no through traffic - Thank you Conrad for your amazing hospitality!

Laura was absolutely the best host I have ever had! She was so responsive and attentive. Everything we needed for our stay was provided (even a few extras). The bed was so comfy! The decor was cute and the feel was inviting and warm. Location…..FANTASTIC! Close to so many things; restaurants, shopping, beaches! The area was quiet and felt very safe. We made friends with the locals (Geckos) and a couple neighbors as well. We enjoyed our stay and I can’t wait to book another trip with Laura 😎🦈 By the way..I would have given 10 stars if they were available. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! There you go!!

Airbnb review: Not only is the location perfect for beach goers looking for shark teeth (we had more luck in Nokomis than Venice beach), but the house comes fully equipped with everything anyone needs to make this place a home away from home. We are avid cooks and were able to utilize the kitchen (and the spices were not just salt and pepper)! Additionally, the beach supplies in the shed are abundant. We didn’t have luck with the beach buggy, but they supply you with good quality towels, linens, blankets, etc. The office is also a nice touch for those who need to work remotely because it has a door and is nicely lit. The backyard space is perfect for families and friends. Overall, as people who have airbnbed a lot (since we prefer to have a kitchen), this was a perfect hidden find. Jaime was also a great host and will be sure to look out for items you may have left behind. Next time we go to Nokomis, we will plan to use the same airbnb. Thank you, Jaime!

Jared’s house is ideal for a people who like to go to the beach. It had all the beach gear and is about 10 minutes from Venice and Nakomis beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and the sunset view is the best! The couches are great for movie night—super spacious and comfy! Definitely recommend.

Our family had a wonderful stay - would definitely stay here again. It was 3 minutes to Nokomis beach - lots of shells and beautiful water. Took us with two toddlers 20 minutes to walk there. Only 8 minutes to Venice beach. The screened in porch was key with our two toddlers. Shower was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen cooking supplies were plenty stocked.
