Final cleaning is included. 150 meters to the sea and beach with service (open approx. week 26-34) 200-300 meters to the recreational area with outdoor gym/Fallebo farm. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people

Rowing boat, canoe and bicycles are included in the rental. Motor for boat can be rented for SEK 100 per day + gasoline. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 100 per guest. Note: no Wi-Fi

The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

It is 500 meters to First Camp, which is a 4-star campsite. In summer, it is possible to shop there in a smaller grocery store. The campsite has nice swimming, playground, mini golf, canoe, bike rental, restaurant.

Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
