Laundry room is available to use in another farm building. 2 bicycles are available to borrow. The house is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Final cleaning is included. 150 meters to the sea and beach with service (open approx. week 26-34) 200-300 meters to the recreational area with outdoor gym/Fallebo farm. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people

Simply furnished but still functional. The kitchen has everything you could wish for, which also includes a dishwasher and washing machine.

The cottage offers a fantastic large raised wooden terrace of 30 m2 with both a lounge seating and a dining area where you can barbecue and eat overlooking the lake. Enjoy the private sauna overlooking the lake, in the house with close connection to the log cabin. Inside the cabin, there is a fireplace where you can light a cozy fire in the evening.

The house has one bedroom with two beds, a loft with a 140 cm mattress, a fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room combined with a kitchenette & dining area. In the cabin there is a smart TV and Wi-Fi, a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, charcoal grill, etc., everything to be able to stay for a long time. It's only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
