Docked in a Marina with toilets, showers and washing machine 30 meters from the boat, unlimited access with a code (no working toilet onboard). The interior height is 184cm. The boat has a "patio" and a "terrace" with table and chairs. Unlimited wifi, desk and design chair to use as a floating offiice :)

Till gästhuset hör en egen vindskyddad uteplats. Här har alla årstider sin tjusning. Det är 200 m till klippor med badstege. En dryg km bort finns kommunal badplats med bryggor. Det finns goda möjligheter till promenader/vandringar och utflykter på Tjörn. Härön skyddar mot vindarna från det öppna havet i väster.

Om du värdesätter enkelhet och stillhet, kommer du att uppskatta detta. Stugan har två rum inklusive kök och ett utedass. El och rinnande vatten saknas, men solceller finns för belysning och för att ladda mobilen via USB-uttag. Enklare standard, men väldigt mysigt, och med rogivande omgivning.
