You are welcome to share our summer paradise at Orust in beautiful Nösund which is located on the west coast with the sea as the nearest neighbor. The house with two apartments is a short stone's throw from the beach and swimming area with cliffs and docks. This listing refers to the lower apartment of the house. The hiking trail starts directly outside the gate and you can hike into the mountains or between the villages on Orust. The property is located in the south/southwest location with sun from the morning to the late night. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you

Enjoy the charm of a newly built cabin in three floors. At the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy the breakfast tomorrow sun. In the cottage there is a fully putty kitchen with a nice window at the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the opportunity to watch TV and make the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and swimming on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you head down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with 160 bed.

Cosy cottage in the nature and 75 meter to ocean

This is a wonderful, charming and cozy cottage in a naturreservate with just 100 meter to the ocean, where you also find a small beach and rocks. People like the silence here. Its a with bunk bed (140cm bed and 90 cm beds) and a trinettekitchen and fridge. Shower is outside with cold och hot vatter and also a dubbel outhouse with view over the ocean. Our big house is just beside, but still you got youre own place. Its 21 km to Gothenburg, 17 km to Kungälv and to the lovley Marstrand its 26 km.

Här bor ni med fantastisk havsutsikt nära bad, skog och natur i ett nybyggt fritidshus på 30 kvadrat plus sovloft. Huset erbjuder alla tänkbara bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, induktionshäll, ugn, tv mm. Njut av solnedgången på den härliga altanen eller ta en kort promenad ner till bryggan för ett dopp. Närhet till centrala till Stenungsund med affärer och restauranger. I närområdet finns många fina utflyktsmål. Till Orust/Tjörn och övriga Bohuslän tar man sig snabbt och lätt.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

You can't get any closer to the sea, the balcony is over the water. Here you live in a 25 m^3 cottage.
