Battery operated lighting, duvets/pillows, cooking facilities with gas, fireplace, barbecue area, outside toilet. Shared parking 60 meters from the cabin. Toilet paper is brought yourself. Urke is a small village and has everything you need; great nature, hiking and swimming opportunities, shop with post and pharmacy, horticulture and own pub/cafe. The nature in the area is amazing. The Sunnmørsalpane encircles the village with majestic Slogen and Saksa which have become really popular after Sherpas from Nepal have made steps up through the ura. In the last few years, Urkeegga has also become a popular hiking destination. The mountains here are equally popular for skiing tourists during the winter as for mountain hikes in the summer.

Bomveg NOK 20..Quiet space for relaxing,or for exploring the surrounding area. Possibilities for both mountain hikes and other trips in the areas around. Also for rowboat,by appointment. Bring sleeping bags or bed linen yourself,there are duvets and pillows. There is solar panel available but limited with battery. Must use load for only the necessary. fridge and drinking water, in the creek next to the cabin. Gas ,so one can boil on, and charcoal grill for grilling outside. Please ask if there are any more questions. Outhouse up to the cabin.

The cabin is located near the ski resort (ski-in/ski-out) and nice groomed cross country ski tracks and light rail are just nearby. The area otherwise has great hiking opportunities on foot. Fjellsetra is a good starting point for many nice hikes in both summer and winter. It is also a good starting point for a day trip to Geiranger and Ålesund. In the summer you can also fish in Nysætervatnet (must buy fishing license).

Great cabin; right in the middle of hiking area - Sunnmørsfjell and mountain water. Ski in, ski out. Great amenities, family friendly, parking right outside the cabin Hot tub on the terrace can be used for an additional 500kr (tilted before arrival, then we turn it on). Large terrace. Fire pit with grill grate. Wood is available. With possibility to borrow rubber boat, SUP, fishing equipment.
