Cabin with two bedrooms and large loft with mattresses. The cabin is equipped with fireplace/wood. We run a visiting farm, with horse, sheep, cat and chickens where you can help pick eggs. We are located 4 km from Ørsta city centre, with great hiking terrain behind the cabin. We also have a boat for rent on Ørstafjorden, and day trips to Ålesund, Runde, Sunnmørsbadet in Fosnavåg, trip to Loen and Briksdalsbreen and day trip via beautiful Norangsdalen to Geiranger. Ørsta can offer mountain trips in all categories from hiking to climbing in alpine landscapes.

This cozy little log cabin Granly has all amenities and is located undisturbed in rural surroundings on Sunnmøre. You can sit in the covered jacuzzi all year round and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. From here you can explore famous places such as Geiranger and Olden (approx. 2h), Loen with Skylift (1.5h), the bird island Runde, Øye (1h) and the Jugendbyen Ålesund (1.5h). Mountain trips on foot and on skis to Slogen, Saudehornet, Liadalsnipa, Molladalen and Melshornet (you can walk from the cabin). Close to several alpine and cross-country ski slopes.

The cabin can also be a base for exploring the region, with a short distance to the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund, beautiful Geiranger or the bird mountain on Runde. If you want a day trip to famous attractions, you can drive to Geiranger, Via Ferrata & Loen Skylift, Kannesteinen, Refviksanden, Krakenes Lighthouse, Hakallegarden or the Alps. Cozy holiday home with amazing views of Hjørundfjorden. Several patios/terraces, fire pit and barbecue. Outdoor jacuzzi for 5-6 people. The house is located 35m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and common barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø center with grocery stores, niche stores, hotels and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if boat rental is applicable.

Here is a sauna and wood-fired hot tub with sea water that can be rented and enjoy the tranquility and nice view of the Hjørundfjord. There is also a private harbor with the possibility to rent a boat. Price per day: 16 ft 15/20 horsepower NOK 600 plus petrol. 18 ft 30 horsepower NOK 850 per day. Gasoline is in addition to what the customer uses. Life jackets can be borrowed. All boat rentals are at your own risk

Lidvang Gard with good hiking opportunities in Sunnmøre

Welcome to Lidvang Gard in Barstadvik. The farm, built over 80 years ago, has a history of fur farming and traditional animal husbandry. Over the past 20 years, the farm has been renovated and arranged as a holiday home. Very child-friendly place with many activity possibilities. Normally there are animals grazing nearby in the summer months (horses/sheep/lambs). The farm is shielded from view.
