Lidvang Farm, a pearl on Sunnmøre

Welcome to Lidvang Gard in Barstadvik. Garden, built over 80 years ago, has a history of fur farming and traditional animal shed. Over the last 25 years, the farm has been renovated and adapted as a vacation home/rental. Very child-friendly city with many activities. Normally there are animals grazing nearby in the summer months. Garden is screened to without access. The surrounding mountains are fantastic with all kinds of difficulty levels, from easy walks to more demanding hikes in Molladalen.

The house is located 35m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and common barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø center with grocery stores, niche stores, hotels and campsite. Welcome to Brunstad, in the middle of the Sunnmørsalps! The apartment is an excellent starting point for mountain trips both on foot in summer/autumn and on skis in winter/spring. It is also a short distance to Ålesund (about 1 hour by car) and famous areas such as Geiranger, Hellesylt, Norangsdalen, Valldal and Trollstigen. In winter, two different ski resorts are only 15 minutes away from the apartment; “Sunnmørsalpane Skiarena Fjellsætra” and “Strandafjellet Skisenter”.
