The space is beautiful, the interior is tastefully decorated, the outside with its pool is great, located close to everything.

It was an oasis of peace and nature that we found ourselves in. With the most beautiful sunset while sitting on your own terrace of your cottage. Highly recommended!

This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Very good hosting; nice quiet house with a terrace; very clean

Julian was a very responsive host he always answered messages super quick. Any problems or issues were responded and dealt with at the earliest opportunity. Recycling is huge in Sardinia and prior to arrival Julian communicated the procedure so on arrival with help of instructions we knew exactly what was expected and found it easy to carry out. The property is in a beautiful area with surrounding countryside and lovely walks with spectacular views and something I enjoyed taking full advantage of while watching the sun rise across the sea. The property is also conveniently located near to beautiful villages and beaches I would suggest you hire a car as it is quite rural and taxis are expensive. We had an amazing time and cannot praise Sardinia enough, it exceeded our expectations and Julian’s property was perfect to explore the Northeast of Sardinia.

We stumbled upon this wonderful little cottage by chance after having originally canceled our vacation. At the last minute, we decided to go anyway—and we’re so glad we did! This charming spot turned out to be a hidden gem. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The cottage itself is perfect for two people: nestled among olive trees, peaceful and private, yet just 10 minutes from the airport and a short drive to the center of Olbia. It’s the best of both worlds—quiet and relaxing, but close to everything you might need. We were even lucky enough to be visited by a curious little cat, a bunny, and an adorable hedgehog during our stay—such a magical touch. We’d absolutely love to return in the future!

If you're looking for a place where you can feel at home for a while and take a break from the present, this is the place for you. Beautiful views of the mountains. Spokoje town (at least in Luti, I don't know how it is in high season). Manuela was wonderful to host us! There is no wifi in the apartment (I write this for people who don't read the description and read the feedback), we didn't mind at all, because we spent our free time with cards and talking. The kitchen is equipped as if someone lived there all the time, you have everything there. I highly recommend it!

Alessia is a great host! Her place is clean, neat and nicely decorated. It is very well located but difficult to reach by car. There is parking just down the street where you will also find cafes, ice cream parlors and convenience stores. Alessia was kind, attentive and accessible if we needed anything. We're happy to go back!

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

The accommodation was absolutely fantastic and we felt right at home. Michela really thought of every little detail and looked after us really well. She had left all sorts of recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area, which were all great. Whether you arrive by plane or ferry, this accommodation is the perfect introduction to Sardinia.

walking distance to all the main restaurants and shops. the accommodations are located up a steep hill with a beautiful view of the sea. we always found free parking on the street in front. peaceful and quiet when we were there in May. thank you for hosting us and quickly responding to our many questions!

Our delightful host, Filomena, met us at the unit and provided lots of helpful instructions and was very responsive throughout our stay. The place is so bright and beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. Our huge terrace was a special haven. It was also close to stores, restaurants, the beach and marina. We highly recommend Mattia and Filomena’s place and would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at Carlos' place. The house is very modern and well equipped. In the kitchen you can also find everything you need to cook, even in the refrigerator there is a large freezer compartment and the beds are very comfortable. You can have breakfast on the terrace in the morning in the sun. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The nearest larger town (Orosei) is about 10 minutes away. You can walk to the beaches or park your car directly on the beach. In the low season, it was very quiet on the beaches and you could park anywhere.

Wonderful stay in Orani at Valerios place. Amazing views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. It’s also just an hour and a half drive to either Olibia or Sassiri which Valerios place a great jumping point.

We stayed with our dog for a week at Matteo's. The house is simply fantastic. In a few minutes you are on the beach on foot, which you almost have to yourself at this time. From the house you can hike and discover the coast. We can only recommend the house.

The vacation home was the perfect start to our Sardinia trip. Such beautiful views from the terrace and the bedroom. A perfect garden area to enjoy and also BBQ. We had the best time and will for sure be back in case we are in Sardinia again. Thank you!
