Beautiful apartment to stay in. Well equipped, comfortable beds, the terrace is a lovely place to sit and the view is spectacular. Porto Istana beach is the most beautiful of all the beaches we visited, crystal clear waters, and only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. It was really useful to have tips from Marco about the area, including places to visit, such as the walk around the coast to Porto San Paolo, and La Tavernetta Beach Bar. (Highly recommend!) Martin and Monica were contactable if we needed anything. Lovely people, so friendly and so eager to help. Thanks so much Marco, we had such a lovely stay in your place… didn’t want to leave!

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

walking distance to all the main restaurants and shops. the accommodations are located up a steep hill with a beautiful view of the sea. we always found free parking on the street in front. peaceful and quiet when we were there in May. thank you for hosting us and quickly responding to our many questions!

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! The location and the apartment were absolutely perfect and the view was excellent!! Sergio was so quick to respond. It was like he’s in the same room with us!! I highly recommend Sergio‘s place and if I come back, I will be staying there again ‼️

We spent 10 days in April/May in this sweet little very lovingly furnished apartment with cozy terrace just 20 meters away from a fantastic beach. It is super equipped with everything you need on the beach. I'm sure we'll be back.

The house is identical to the photos, pleasant to stay in and its exterior is magical, the pool was highly appreciated. We had a great time and we would go back. For two, the cottage was a wonderful size, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April, the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool had already opened. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and so it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it will be a bit livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk to the beach easily, but it is very steep. I wouldn't push a full stroller up. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and reacted immediately when we suddenly had no more water. Thanks again ☺️

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

We really enjoyed staying in one of Paola's houses. The houses are located on a hill from which you have a great view of the sea. House was clean and nothing was missing. The communication with Paola was very good and a solution was quickly found for everything. I would be happy to come back 👍🏼

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

We had a great time staying at Stefanos apartment. He and his family were so nice and always helpful. Checking in and checking out was super easy and in addition Stefano was completly flexible regarding the time of our arrival and departure. The apartment is totally newly renovated and was super clean. Apart from a washing machine the apartment had everything we needed. The location is perfect if you are looking to discover the north and east of the island. Thanks Stefano for a great stay!

We were initially hesitant to book this place since it's a new listing with only a few reviews, but we're so glad we took the chance Andrea's apartment truly exceeded our expectations! The space was spotless upon arrival, and Andrea was kind enough to accommodate our late check-in, even though there's a set time window. The apartment looks recently remodeled with brand-new furniture, and everything felt thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The location is peaceful and ideal if you have a car-just 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket, with beautiful beaches only a short drive away. We explored several beaches that were within 15-30 minutes, and San Teodoro was just 10 minutes from the apartment. One of the best highlights was the outdoor shower, which became the perfect refresh after long beach days. We traveled with our five-year-old, and she absolutely loved the bunk bed - it made her feel right at home and excited to return after our outings. We will definitely book it again!

This place is a true gem. Even more beautiful than the pictures. The terrace feels like it’s on top of the sea! Can’t recommend it enough.

Location was amazing. Cala Gonone is a wonderful town. View from patio was nice. Beaches and proximity to town were great. We could hear the neighbors but the complex has good quiet hours. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The garden is so nice and private. The apartment is really nice. A little bit dark but we were manly outside so it didn’t matter. Comfy bed, good equipment in the kitchen. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but worth it for the quiet of the apartment. The kids above can be a bit noisy in the evenings and a few dogs barking but other than that it’s perfect.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 10 days and I can confidently say it was one of the best holiday experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who made us feel like cherished guests rather than just clients. The home itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It’s very quiet and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay, making it perfect for our family of 3. The layout is excellent, with a central eating area and two individual bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for everyone. One of the standout features is the charming garden sofa area, which we used as an extension of the living room. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to families with kids or couples looking for a perfect getaway. I can’t wait to return! 🙏🏻❤️
