Recently reopened after two months undergoing major renovation! Previously had 110 very favorable reviews while with a different vacation rental company. The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! Located on the north private beach section of Flagler Beach (Painters Hill), you can sit right in the backyard and experience ocean living with nothing obstructing your view. It's the perfect place for a family or a couple. Our spacious 2/2 with a full kitchen, living room and dinette will comfortably fit 4 Adults plus kids for a fun filled beach vacation.

2nd Floor Home with Fun Amenities!

You will find your oasis right in the middle of Holly Hill. This second floor get-a-way has modern amenities and is close to lots of the happening places/events in Daytona Beach. It is 3 miles to the beach, 5 miles to the Speedway, or 1 mile to the intercoastal. Also, if you want to venture further, you are less than a 2 hour drive to the Orlando theme parks or 1 hour north to the Oldest City! Like to play Pickleball? Pictona is only 5 blocks away! With 24 courts, it is a wonderful facility!

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

In the gated backyard you will find a screened in gazebo, picnic table, Propane Grill, firepit & 6 chairs. Guest Shed has 5 Beach bikes, Cornhole & all the beach items you will need with 6 beach chairs, rolling beach cart, beach blanket, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, skip board & beach toys.

Go one way for beaches and breezy pub crawls and the other for walking paths and lazy river floating.
