Mackenzie was incredibly helpful and responsive. The house was stunning and had an amazing kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

My family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Dee was a great host and provided us with easy to understand instructions and great information. Can't wait to go back and hopefully stay longer next time.

EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool it was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat! Ben was a super responsive host and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This place was really special. We came for Mother’s Day weekend and really loved Sarah’s place to relax and unwind. We went kayaking in a nearby spring and the next day we took a little drive to Mt Dora to do some shopping and get lunch. I couldn’t wait to get back to the house both times. I just wanted to sit with a cup of coffee looking out at the lake! Cooking in the kitchen is lovely. The view from the kitchen is breathtaking and it’s so functional and well stocked! We felt the beds were comfortable. The place charmingly decorated with so many details! The showers were HOT with great water pressure. The bathrooms were pretty big too. A little ways off the dock there’s an old (non functioning) light tower that now serves as a perch for a hawks nest! We loved spying on them with our binoculars. We saw lots of alligators too and really enjoyed watching one of them catch and enjoy a fish. Sarah was always available to answer questions. I have a feeling we’ll be back!!

My wife and I were looking for a place at the beach to take my mom for a long weekend and Eric's place was perfect. My brother and sister-in-law stopped by for an afternoon and we had a great day relaxing around the pool and catching up. We also took advantage of the otional golf cart and it made it very easy to visit the beach. The location was great with reastaurants and shopping nearby. Overall, the house was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We would love to spend more time here

Courtney was an outstanding host! She was responsive when I asked a question. Her place was beautifully decorated and truly a beach retreat. The back yard was an awesome feature for our dogs. I would highly recommend her and her home and we will definitely be back!

A beautiful, spacious house. Very quick and easy to get to the beach and enjoy the sunrise and/or the soothing sounds of ocean waves. The property is incredibly well kept. The house is loaded with decorations, books, couches, chairs, and even has a small, patio area that was just as comfortable as the main interior. I was surprised to see the amount of kitchen equipment that was available in the cabinets and drawers. That's definitely worth noting if you are considering an extended stay. Bill has done an great job at making this spot feel like a home rather than your usual AirBnB property. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Bar and Grill spots are abundant. If nothing suits your fancy in the immediate area, you can travel down to Daytona Beach for more options, which shouldn't take you more than 20 minutes (even on the worst days). We stayed here for the Welcome to Rockville festival at the Daytona Speedway. Commute was straightforward, lasting roughly 30 minutes or so.

We were unfortunately in Florida due to a death in the family, and this house was nice to come back to at the end of a long day, to take a swim in the pool or take a quick walk to the beach to recharge. The beach was not crowded at all. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Tracey was an absolute gem to work with -- she was super responsive and let us check in early after an all night drive from Ohio. Her house was perfect and exactly as described. Tons of room for parking and being able to use the garage was an added bonus as we were on Harleys for the week. House was spacious enough for 5 of us, and the back yard hangout area was wonderful too. Such an accommodating stay!

The place was so clean and well organized! The backyard and rooms were good sized and well will definitely be staying again!

Second time we stayed here, and again we were not disappointed. Clean lovely house for the two of us and a dog was just right. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to the beach and a beautiful park - perfect for walking the dog.

We had a great visit at this home! There is something for all ages to enjoy such as kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding for the older kids as well as the pool for the younger ones! We saw a Manatee and her baby float right up to the dock in the morning. Fun place for the family to gather!

Such a great spot! Walkable neighborhoods for me and the dogs, easy to find, super clean, and right across the street from the dog friendly beach. It’s less than a mile from W Granada Blvd so it’s easy to get to anything and everything. Laura was easy to chat with and communication was easy and made checking in easy. It had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen. Thanks again! We will remember this place for next time.

Perfect location for the drive to our son’s CrossFit competition. Restaurants nearby are great. Love the river view! Sandi was very responsive. Would stay here again.

We stayed for a week and it was great! It was nice because we were right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of Daytona Beach, but close enough that it was only a short drive! Highly recommend!

Very cozy and clean casita! We absolutely loved the fact we could walk to the beach and to the stores near by. Our host were very friendly and responsive!

theres not enough room here to state the wonderful time my family and i had with dorys home. She is a true gem. also the musical instuments were top notch, i really loved the electrical guitar. She will be seeing us again. And Ormond Beach is where everybody visiting Daytona should go, its just up the street and everything is cheaper and more relaxed. Thanks Dory

I recently had the chance to visit a cozy little spot, and I have to say—it was a really pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and calm. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxed vibe that made it easy to just sit back and enjoy.

I would definitely stay here again. The house was clean, well- equipped, and easy to find. The large open layout with natural lighting was really nice and the location was quiet and private and close to the beach and where we were training.
