It has parking (see House Rules for requirements), private balcony, community courtyard, security systems w/ exterior cameras, keypad locks, 10 ft ceilings & variety of coffee makers. For the parts of the city to which you can't walk, our building boasts the convenience of being located on one of the city's street car line. Uber and Lyft are also available throughout the city and for airport transfers.
