I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable this condo was—it felt more like a home than a rental. Every room was thoughtfully decorated with stylish touches that gave the space a welcoming, modern vibe. The layout made it easy to relax, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ve already made a note to reserve it again for my next visit. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay! The hosts couldn't have been better. The location was out of the heavy traffic of Baton Rouge which is a bonus. We had all of the amenities we needed and the back patio was absolutely lovely. I especially enjoyed watching the hummingbirds! The neighborhood makes you feel like you are on a first class vacation and I enjoyed my walks. We have now found our "go to" spot in Baton Rouge. Our daughter is a junior at LSU and I wish I had found this place sooner. We will absolutely stay here again on our final visits for her senior year. We obviously highly recommend!

Would highly recommend this place to anyone , host was very helpful and clear with instructions. The view from the living room was phenomenal and the rooms were very spacious .

Adam is very responsive and quick to help with any issue or question. The place was very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Worked out perfectly for my family. The only issue, which didn’t really bother us, would be the roosters that crow at the crack of dawn although they stop pretty quickly.

I'm a returning guest. Booked this cool place in 2024 for Mardi Gras. The apartment looked as great as my first stay! Every room was spotless! Lots of books on display if you have time to read. Up to date electrical outlets equipped with USB ports. Kitchen has top of the line appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave). Bed was super comfy! Slept like a baby! 5 stars!

Very comfortable and the spot is the perfect place to things to do around in the area ! Especially the zoo ! Very nice and comfortable and clean ! . Be mindful that if you come here in the summer time or hot season bring bug spray lol . Would definitely come back !

David was a wonderful host! The picture and amenities were just as described. The location is an A+ if you are planning to do things in different parts of town. It is perfectly located in walking distance to the French Quarter, the WWII museum, Magazine Street and the street car to the Garden District. The apartment/condo building is new, quiet and has a 24hour front desk security person. The building was super quiet and the bedroom was spacious and very clean. There many places within a few blocks to eat and we never waited longer than 2 minutes for an Uber. This is not a loud part of town. I would highly recommend both David and this location if you want new, clean and centrally located!

great place to stay if you are visiting NOLA. Off street parking as well as plenty of street parking. 15 minute walk to Charles St, streetcar. if you dont want to walk, 3 minute drive to the stop with lots of street parking. close to the highway(10) if you are going to plantations or swamp tours and back to the airport. Super comfy beds. we loved our stay!!!!!

I have been searching for a good place near my parents who live in Jackson, LA. I have to get over occasionally to help them. Josh’s place is fantastic. It is very quiet. The bed is extremely comfortable. It is both close to my parents and close to great restaurants in St. Francisville. It is quiet, peaceful, and quite safe. There’s no kitchen, but no problem. The Francis and Magnolia Kitchen and more are a short drive away. Having tried to find a reliable place to stay when I visit my parents, I finally have it.

Downtown West Monroe, told my cousin to pick me up at Edges , the barbershop. He was a bit incredulous with me being bald and all. He gets his beard trimmed there. My other cousins get all their kids haircut there as well. They didn’t know about the Airbnb. So you walk through a barbershop filled with folks at the barbershop. The owners a transplant from NOLA, so apparently the town has embraced him and for good reason. The bakery across the street was da Bomb, courtyard on cotton art gallery had a great show of LA art. J-Mac’s sports bar was like stepping into a New Orleans locals hangout. Either bridge across the Ouachita river is an easy stroll to the Warehouse restaurant, or the Cotton exchange, and on the west Monroe side a Louisiana seafood joint lookin at Monroe across the river. The BBQ joint on Trenton st smelled right just didn’t have the time or belly to eat there. The WMPD’s detective unit is right across the street from the bakery and it shows. 5 stars all the way.

This was a great place to stay! It looks exactly as pictured and is a very well-kept place. Our favorite things were how spacious the living area was and that it was walkable to downtown Hammond. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Great location, clean and secure. Location was within walking distance of everything. Communication was immediate and appreciated.

Really liked the place, pretty close to a lot of restaurants, mall, and much more to do! It’s a great area to stay. It was bigger than expected as well so it’s a really good place to stay with the family, will totally come back! Extra points was that I really liked the smell of the shampoos and hand soaps!

I really enjoyed the place. It was very comfy and felt like home. The location was perfect and made my birthday vacation even better. It was super close to everything but yet quiet enough. This place is AMAZING. I’ve never stayed in a more beautiful Airbnb. The kitchen is awesome, the bed is so comfortable, and there is a wonderful view on the balcony. The space is very contemporary and feels luxurious which is exactly what I love! Lilly was our host and she was amazing! She’s very thorough with explaining where everything is and how everything works. My husband and I walked just about everywhere because it’s walking distance. Great location. I highly recommend staying here!

The space was great, exactly as promised. Location is absolutely perfect to experience the French Quarter. Walking distance to street car and bus lines for easy transportation to other places in the city. The space was very clean and had every amenity we could have wanted. One bedroom is street side and can be a bit loud at times but the other room is secluded in the interior and was plenty quiet to rest up. It is a heavy nightlife area so asking for total silence is not realistic, but for the location it was much quieter than we were expecting. Overall a great stay as long as you understand your location and the reality of the area being very busy and pretty loud. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone looking to experience bourbon street and the surrounding area.

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

We loved our stay. It is a very cool hotel with a great rooftop and courtyard. The area felt safe and you need a key to enter the building. The place is spacious and clean and we enjoyed the balcony. The area is walkable, no car needed. Chris was responsive and proactive. He was a great host, I would definitely stay here again

We have been so blessed and lucky to have found Sheryl’s place. Our first visit, 4 years ago as my daughter was starting her freshman year at LSU. Fast forward to our most recent stay this past weekend for graduation!! Such a great location. Always so clean, well stocked and comfortable. I love having the family all together. So much more reasonable than Grad weekend hotel pricing. Sheryl is so kind, thoughtful and very generous with her responsiveness! Wonderful host!! Thank you.
