It has parking (see House Rules for requirements), private balcony, community courtyard, security systems w/ exterior cameras, keypad locks, 10 ft ceilings & variety of coffee makers. Apt. in compliance w/ City.

The apartment is nestled in the CBD, just three blocks from the French Quarter and near the Arts/Warehouse District. The cozy, exposed brick unit offers everything you need, with furnishings from West Elm and Pottery Barn. Walk to many of the city's top restaurants and bars. For the parts of the city to which you can't walk, our building boasts the convenience of being located on one of the city's street car line. Uber and Lyft are also available throughout the city and for airport transfers.
