Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Orinda

Sarah was so friendly, responsive, accommodating, and proactive. The location was quiet and peaceful. Close to everything you may need including a few big box stores. Close to amusement parks and beaches and big cities. The instructions left were able to help us make the rental way more homely. We enjoyed our time there.

Nice and spacious for three people. Living room with the couch, ottoman, chair and TV is very comfortable to stay. Couch is big enough for sleep. Bedroom is basic but has everything we need and clean. There is a small study desk that I set up for work for a couple days. Kitchen/laundry room has good space and a table with 4 chairs. In house washer/dryer is very convenient. It will be helpful if there are a few more kitchenware, such as cutting knife and chopping board. Bathroom room is a bit small but functional. The floor is a little slippery when wet, especially coming out of the shower. Quiet neighborhood. Feel safe. Overall a good place. Will stay again.

Nice neighborhood. We enjoyed walking in the nearby canyon and had 2 nice meals in the shopping area that was just 2 blocks away.

We loved our stay at Jan’s place in Berkeley. The space was great for our trip. We absolutely loved the deck and hot-tub. We spent most evenings sitting out there for hours! You also can’t beat the views of the bay! Overall, such a wonderful stay, we would for sure go back and recommend to all our friends and family.

Dennis & Tiiu's place was perfect for our needs. We stayed for a week while in town visiting our son, who lives only a few minutes away, so it was a perfect location for us. The location was peaceful and quite. The house was cozy and suitable for two people. It was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures but again, it worked for the two of us. The amenities were as described. We would definitely stay again.

It was spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect central location—close to everything! The team was super responsive and accommodating, making the stay seamless and enjoyable. Mary and Jason’s place is beautiful, clean, and very well organized. The kitchen is well stocked, with numerous extras. Location was really good for us, as we were visiting family in Lafayette; and it is close to hiking trails in Briones park. We hope to be back in the future.

Fatima’s place also has a private driveway and a quaint backyard. Her place is a great find.

Our family absolutely loved this home. The beds were comfy and gave us rest after busy days in the Bay. The host was responsive. Check-in instructions were easy. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We would love to stay here again during future Bay visits.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my mom’s birthday! The home was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Duke was incredibly kind and accommodating—he even allowed us an early check-in so we could set up for our small family dinner, which meant so much to us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. It truly felt like a home away from home. I stayed in Marcy and Kent’s property for a week with my mother. We wanted a property in this specific part of Walnut Creek, and we had some accessibility requirements for my mother. The property was perfect - a really peaceful space in the heart of Walnut Creek, with a lovely big garden and ample seating, a walk-in shower and two comfortable bedrooms, within walking distance of downtown. Marcy was super friendly, helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and we very much hope to stay there again the next time we are in Walnut Creek!

Very nice stay on Berkeley Hills. Very pleasant space both inside and outside, quiet area. A lot of light and attention to details. Very convenient location (with a car, easy to park in the street by the way) to spend time in Berkeley and in the Bay area. Breeze was very welcoming and reactive. We would recommend the place.

Jorge's place was beautiful–better than the pictures. He was extremely communicative and helpful. If we're ever in the area again, we'll def stay there.

Easy walk to Lake Merritt or 12th St BART stations. One block from Lake Merritt. Quiet building. Perfect.

Very convenient location, easy walk to UC Berkeley. Even though it's near a busy intersection, it felt very quiet and peaceful. The unit is much more spacious than I was anticipating and it was nice to have a complete kitchen. Al is a very kind and responsive host. I would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Amy met me to give me the keys and walked me through the condo to explain everything. It was a very personal approach. She also reached out to me the first morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was spotless and very high end. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend Amy's place to anyone looking for a base to enjoy San Francisco. I intend to stay again the next time I need a place in San Francisco for a few days.
