the cottage is located in the countryside 2 km from the village. It is a renovated cottage in an old building and perfect for a family or friends. In the middle of the fields and vineyards, you will spend a quiet stay, birds singing all day, frogs in the evening in summer and then the walks of squirrels, rabbits and other small animals. Furnished room of 25 m2, equipped kitchen (fridge, combined oven: microwave + traditional, induction stove, range hood). Table + 4 chairs. Flat screen. WiFi. Comfortable 160 cm BZ sofa, thick mattress, bed made on arrival. Shower, sink, towel dryer, hair dryer. Separate toilet. Closet/wardrobe. Abundant storage. Terrace with garden furniture. Following several disappointments, we specify that cleaning must be done on your departure. Non-smoking or outside.

Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and an equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). As the land is sloping, a few steps allow access to the entrance of the studio.

Studio of 30 m² adjoining our house,with independent access. 20 minutes from Nantes by car and 3.5 km from Mauves train station (Nantes 13 min). Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, mall. For 2 guests, double bed and possibility for another person( sofa bed), an extra charge will be requested). Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.

We only provide the comfortable 28 m2 single-story mini-house. The kitchen is fully equipped (except washing machine) and contemporary. Linens and towels are provided. 248 Riverside is the former Rabotière café that was completely renovated by an architect and decorator in 2020. Ideally located 5 km from Ancenis, the house has exceptional views of the Loire with two beautiful terraces on stilts. One side faces the Loire and the other faces the garden. ​
