It is located 2 km from the village of Champtoceaux, 5 km from Oudon train station and 30 km from Nantes. You can enjoy a large garden and reach a Loire beach on foot or by bike. The house is located in the countryside . It is a renovated house in an old agricultural building with charm Among the fields and vineyards ,you will spend a quiet stay, the birdsong all day, frogs in the evening in summer . 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted for people with reduced mobility. Terrace, parking, bocce ball court.

Furnished room of 25 m2 fitted kitchen (fridge, combined oven: microwave + traditional, induction cooktop, hood). Table + 4 chairs. Flat screen. WiFi. 160 cm bed, thick mattress, bed made upon arrival. Shower, sink, towel dryer, hairdryer. Separate toilet. Cupboard/wardrobe. Lots of storage. Terrace with garden furniture. Following several disappointments, we specify that the cleaning must be done upon your departure. Non-smoking or outside.

Studio on the banks of the Loire

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and an equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). As the land is sloping, a few steps allow access to the entrance of the studio.

Studio of 30 m² adjoining our house,with independent access. 20 minutes from Nantes by car and 3.5 km from Mauves train station (Nantes 13 min). Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, mall. For 2 guests, double bed and possibility for another person( sofa bed), an extra charge will be requested). Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.

The Outbuilding

We will welcome you with great pleasure in our old 22 m2 winepress renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have a fully-equipped kitchen area, a foldaway bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped space of 2400m2 close to the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, open swimming pool in July and August in the center of town).

Charming 2 bedroom located in the Nantes vineyard near the banks of the Loire. Just a 20-minute drive from Nantes city center, come and discover its gastronomy, heritage and entertainment. For sea lovers, Pornic and its beaches are 1 hour away, St Nazaire, La Baule, Grand Lieu are nearby. You can also discover the Loire with Champtoceau, Le Cellier or Ancenis.
