A thoughtfully designed 700 sq ft farm cabin retreat tucked away on 11 acres of peaceful pastures. Located less than 45 minutes from downtown Summerville, 40 minutes from I-20, 1 hr from Downtown Charleston, and 25 minutes from I-95. We are a livestock property and for the safety of our animals we only allow 1 pet per reservation with a strict leash policy.

Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.

The Cypress House

Stunning views and peaceful setting directly on Lake Marion. The entire property will be yours to enjoy for the length of your stay. The property can sleep 14 guests in a total of 9 beds, another 3 on the couches, and still have room left for air mattresses to be utilized if you have a larger group.
