Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Opatija

Das Haus ist einfach großartig. Genauso wie beschrieben, eher besser. Der beheizte Pool ermöglicht es, stundenlang im Wasser zu spielen. Kinder können dabei vom beschatteten Sitzplatz aus beaufsichtigt werden. Die vielen anderen Spielmöglichkeiten im und beim Haus erlauben es, ganze Tage ohne Langeweile darin zu verbringen. Die Klimaanlage hält das Haus angenehm kühl und kann individuell gesteuert werden. Die Ausstattung ist in einem Top Zustand. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber und antwortet in Rekordzeit. Wir waren als Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort und kommen gerne wieder.

We loved this apartment!! We were only here 1 night and it was raining so we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful patio at the house. We sat outside under a covered area for an hour but it would have been incredible on a beautiful day! The house is exactly as pictured and described. My daughter absolutely loved this house due to all of the pink and purple accents. Due to some road closures, we got turned around a little bit. Ingo was very responsive and quickly helped us find our way. She was waiting outside to greet us when we arrived. She had lots of amenities. Dish soap, dishwasher, tabs, laundry, detergent, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towel, towels, extra blankets… she even left a bunch of Easter eggs for my three children!! It is outside of the city center, but it was an excellent value. Two adults and three children slept comfortably. Thank you Inga!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war super schön, sehr sauber und top gelegen. Die Übergabe lief reibungslos und bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen war sofort jemand erreichbar – immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön fanden wir die vielen Tipps und Empfehlungen von Benjamin zu Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung – das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Anwesen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, in einem herrlichen blühenden Garten, einem gepflegten Pool, einen Steinwurf von einem schönen einsamen Strand entfernt. Die verschiedenen Terrassen ließen keine Wünsche offen, der Außengrill ist fantastisch, die umgebende Natur (wir trafen Rehe, Schafe, eine Schildkröte und Wildschweine) ein Traum. Wir wachten vom Pirolgesang auf und wurden morgens von Schmetterlingen begrüßt. Wandern, Radeln, Schwimmen, Chillen... in die Stadt (und damit zum nächsten Supermarkt) sind es 30 Minuten. Danke, liebe Maja, für das nette Begrüßungsgeschenk - und dass du mir mein vergessenes e-Book hinterherschickst! Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder in dein Paradies.

Alles perfekt! Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun. Von der Kommunikation, bis zur Lage und Sauberkeit - diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Kinderfreundlich ausgestattet mit Kindergeschirr/besteck, erhöhtem Pool mit Tor und einem eigenen Spielplatz im Garten wurde hier an alles gedacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Man merkt, dass es nicht nur ein Airbnb Haus ist, sondern viel Herzblut der Besitzer in die Pflege einfliesst. Auch bei selbstverschuldeten Komplikationen wurde uns umgehend und überaus freundlich geholfen, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Die Kommunikation mit Luka (dem Keyholder) war super. Er war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend; er hat uns gleich ein tolles Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und hatte alles was das Herz begehrt, sodass wir sie kaum verlassen wollten. Wir haben die Poolheizung für 20 € pro Tag dazu gebucht (was eine sehr gute Entscheidung war).

Fantastic house, four bedrooms each with private bathroom. Outdoor kitchen area was our favourate spot. Very large pool. Had a wonderful time with the family. Igor takes great care of the property and its surrounding. The olive tree area adds a peaceful view. Always helpful for any questions.

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

Heel erg fijn verblijf gehad! Het huis was erg netjes toen we daar aankwamen en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host was ook erg vriendelijk en altijd te bereiken als er iets was. Zeker een aanrader als je naar Pula wilt.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem sehr gepflegten, sauberen Ferienhaus. Es war der ideale Ort zum Abschalten. Whirlpool und Pool waren perfekt – wir haben als Familie jede Minute genossen! Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Super schöne Villa mit Top Ausstattung, es fehlt wirklich an nichts! (Ein Schlafzimmer hat leider keine Dusche, nur eine Badewanne - das ist das einzige was nicht ganz optimal ist) Die Gastgeberin war äußerst nett und die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Hatten eine sehr schöne Woche dort.

Die Villa hält alle Verpsrechechungen. Es war alles perfekt. Vielen Dank!!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Allt var bra i huset och i omgivningarna runt omkring. Tips till värden är att skapa ett informationsblad med instruktioner om hur det tekniska i huset, främst AC:n, fungerar. Där borde också stå vad som förväntas av gästen vid avfärd och gärna lite tips om omgivningarna, typ restauranger och affärer. Att tänka på för framtida gäster är att det är väldigt backigt i staden, så avstånden känns längre.

An absolutely charming stay in a superb villa. The construction was of very high quality and the building was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool, and even MORE SO the jacuzzi and sauna (personal favorites) made the stay seem like being in a private spa. The location is wonderful. Delightfully windy roads lead from small village to small village, until you reach Villa Poji which looks out on gorgeous countryside. There are some great places to visit within 20 minutes, MOST great Istrian locales within an hour, but often it’s best to just stay put and enjoy the feeling of the countryside and the comfort of the villa. Filip was an exceptional host, providing a lovely welcome and timely answers to any questions that could come up by being available through ‘whats’ messaging app. This is a wonderful way to communicate with the owners. We felt the space was very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend anyone to stay at Vill

Lijep smještaj, na predivnoj lokaciji, čisto i uredno. Preporuka !

A szilvesztert töltöttük ezen a helyen. A házigazda nagyon kedves volt, a szállás átvételekor adta át a kulcsot, majd legközelebb távozáskor jött. Teljesen kettesben tudtunk lenni, ha éppen éjjel háromkor akartuk használni a jacuzzit, csak kimentünk és élveztük. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat itt, bátran ajánljuk!

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in de prachtige woning van Miki, het ontbrak ons aan niets! Miki en zijn familie zijn hele vriendelijke, gastvrije en behulpzame mensen. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben wij problemen gehad met onze auto. Het neefje van Miki heeft een garage voor ons gebeld en geregeld dat onze auto de volgende dag daar terecht kon. Wij komen graag nog eens terug en raden deze accommodatie van harte aan!

Diese Unterkunft ist etwas Besonderes. Die Gastgeberin, Antonella, war jederzeit gut erreichbar und hat auf jede Frage sofort reagiert. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt, es war alles da, was man braucht, alles sehr sauber und funktionstüchtig. Wir haben auch den Whirlpool zweimal genutzt, unter dem Sternenhimmel. Es ist viel Platz in der Hütte, etwas ganz anderes als ein Hotelzimmer. Gerne wieder :-)

We are very happy that we chose this place from many option we had. A very charming cottage in the nature. Everything was as described and even more what we expected. Enough room for two people inside and outside. Private sauna, a hot tub, lovely terrass, beautiful view - definitely would recommend Darja' s place. Very clean and you feel very welcomed because they have paid attention to the details! All you need for breakfast was in the fridge. The hosts are very lovely and helpful people. We got a proper welcome with a homemade pie! The road to the cottage was good and Darja provided very clear directions. Good communication, lovely place with some cute characteristics! We had a great time there!
